Woodbests Reviews

The puzzles are fantastic and fun to put together. Once done I put a few coats of puzzle glue on them so I can easily display or use wall putty to hang. The only downside is I keep forgetting to enter the coupon codes I get! I wish they would auto fill after I select “copy” but I guess that part is on me! If regular puzzles are becoming boring, try these, you won’t regret it. They are beautiful.

So many to choose from and it is hard to pick. As a repeat customer I know the quality of the product and the enjoyment of putting the puzzles together. My children and grandchildren love helping me.
The website is user friendly and I’ve never had a problem.

This review is only about the ordering experience. It was easy to navigate the site and get details about the products. The items included with the order were listed prominently.

A big range of puzzles to make. They are all so beautiful that it is hard to pick one, so you pick a few. I particularly love the night lights. Also, the shipping was great!

I am waiting for your products to get here before I can really give you a review. My only problem with ordering was having to get back to the right page (1-69) when I went out to look at a product. When I went back I started all over. It was an inconvenience but finally got through all 60 pages of products.

Great Selection and value.

I ordered 7 discontinued puzzles and was aware that some may not be available and a substitution would be made.. I received three substitution puzzles...all the same puzzle..
I would have liked to receive 3 different puzzles. I don't know anyone else who would want a puzzle. So, I have 2 that are useless to me... Perhaps supply was getting low?

website is very easy to navigate and the selection is great. have ordered puzzles from Woodbests before and the quality is great. Grandkids always love these puzzles.

I ordered 3 puzzles from them. After several weeks 2 were delivered. I contacted them by email since they will not talk to you on the phone. They apologized for the mistake and said they would check into it. more waiting. They make me send photos of the 2 puzzles recieved even though I think they should know what they have sent out. NO response. They say they will give eme a full refund though nothing was recieved. After about 10 emails and multiple excuses I think they just want to wear you down and not deliver what was ordered and keep my money!!

My experience was great in seeing your puzzle lamp. I know a jigsaw puzzle person who will love this. My grandson loves his mechanical turtle so I will get him a mechanical dragon for the future.

I finally received my puzzles yesterday after I ordered them on July 30th. I know that it was very busy for your company but that still is a long time to wait. Now I am still waiting for the puzzle mat that I ordered along with the puzzles to be processed and delivered. I would like to know what the holdup is,

I ordered this as a gift and while the recipient hasn't see it yet, I think it's going to be amazing! Great packaging and clear instructions were included.

I've purchased their products previously and was very satisfied with the quality and service.

It is amazing to find high quality Art-Crafts in such an affordable price, it felts like a gift.
An inclusive one.
A boost of imagination and family moments around Art, life meaning and all the amazing conversations surging around shapes, curves and fitting the exact piece in the exact place.

Me and my son can't wait to play them all.

Website was great. Product is great. I think the shipping cost is a little high.

Delay in order, one puzzle missing but customer service was good and efficient.

The product was great. My only issue it was being shipped from
China. Took a while to get to the person I was sending it to for her birthday.
