Nice brand! However, my order was placed 2 weeks ago and nothing received so far. No shipping updates provided, even after contacting customer care multiple times.

Written by the company
Since the beginning, Won Hundred has proudly marched to the beat of their own drum. To lead the way and continuously reinvent our boundaries, has shaped the core of our identity over time. This is embodied in the continuous use of denim and leather, where we always try to move the confines of our Scandinavian and minimalist approach. That being said, our collections range from daring pieces with raw attitude, to versatile quality staples that fit into everyone’s wardrobe. It is the founder and creative director Nikolaj Nielsen’s vision to create a brand that never loses its relevance, whether the occasion is work or leisure. Today we offer ready-to-wear collections for men, women and unisex. You will find the largest selection of Won Hundred on this site.

Bad quality
I like the design, but the quality and service are completely out of line with their pricing. I wasnt expecting a 200 euro pair of jeans to get a hole in them within a year. Wouldn’t recommend.
Hello,
Hello,
I'm not getting any feedback from you in response to my contact enquiry.
I would like to return an item from my order and am not receiving a return label.
Order Number: 30136, Article: Ben Beatet Medium Blue
It's getting really annoying!

Disappointing Quality and Nonexistent Customer Service
I was initially drawn to this brand because of its design and decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the quality. The wool sweater I purchased started pilling heavily after just one wear, which is unacceptable for a product in this price range.
To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service with my concerns but never received a response. At this price point, I expected not only better craftsmanship but also a level of customer support that aligns with the brand’s image.
While the products may look well-designed, the poor quality and complete lack of customer care make them a very bad purchase. Sadly, I cannot recommend this brand.
Product Quality and Service Concerns - Won Hundred Leather Jackets
I'm writing to express several concerns regarding my recent Won Hundred purchases:
1. Razer Leather Jacket (Sizes 52 & 54)
Material Concerns:
Advertised as soft lamb nappa, but appears questionable - probably goat or cow.
Leather is unusually rigid
Persistent chemical odor lasting over a week
Compliance Issues:
Care label lacks mandatory EU information (animal origin and type)
Non-compliant with EU regulations regarding material disclosure
2. Customer Service Deficiencies
No accessible email support - just no answer for 2 weeks straight.
Absence of phone support
No chat functionality available
Overall lack of customer service channels
3. Packaging Issues
Non-sustainable single-use plastic bags
Bags require destruction to open
No reusable packaging for returns
4. Kobe Shearling Jacket Experience
Significant sizing inconsistencies:
Marketed as "true to size for boxy fit"
Actually oversized by 3-4 sizes
XL fits massively larger than standard 54/56 Italian sizing - like a tent.
Product Discrepancies:
Excellent shearling quality
Color deviation from advertisement
Zipper type different from product images (two-way vs. advertised one-way)
Both Razer jackets have been returned
Awaiting refund processing
While Won Hundred offers appealing designs, the brand falls short of premium standards in:
Product consistency
Quality control
Customer service
Sustainability practices. Why is the leather "sustainably sourced in New Zealand and then made to jackets in India when you could do this for much higher quality and sustainability in Iberia for instance??
This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in the brand's premium positioning.
Have ordered a jeans 7 days ago but…
Have ordered a jeans 7 days ago but apart from the order confirmation I haven’t heard from the company. No reply to my query to find out what has happened to the shipment. Absolutely willing to review this review once I’ve heard from them but for now this has left me a bit worried.
Best delivery service
won hundred delivery service is the best so far. Each and every order I made on the site - shipped next day after the confirmation.
Love it! Wish some minor issues were addressed to
I wish size guide was available on every item at Won Hundred website.
Also, I would love it if jean sizes were more standard for every Won Hundred jean item. I have 4 pairs of different jean bottoms in size 29 and they all fit different from huge to sort of small on me…
Great denim
Easy site to navigate, good shipping, jeans are high quality and match the picture.
One Hundred = H&M quality
I have been a loyal customer of Won Hundred for almost a decade with items ranging from shoes, to multiple jeans, shirts, sweaters, and jackets. So when I saw some shorts (simple gym shorts with a simple Won Hundred logo) on it I wanted to support the company that I have cherished for so long even though the shorts were really expensive. I assumed that due to the pricing that the shorts must be in good quality. After a few uses the logo is falling off the shorts. This, combined with the other reviewers stating similar concern, gives me the impression that One Hundred has fallen off a cliff. Terrible and shoddy quality clothing.
I would not recommend buying from them again and would rather support some of the other Scandinavian companies such as Acne Studios or Libertine-Libertine that still have great quality.
Prompt responses from the support team
Prompt responses, timely solution findings and politeness.
Their quality is worse than that of HM
I brought a Won Hundred Amir jacket from Zalando, naturally I was exited to wear my new jacket. Turns out the quality of the jacket is horrible and the stitching is worse than HM products. The jacket was also dusty even though it’s in a sealed plastic bag. Keep in mind their jacket costs 4 times what an HM jacket costs.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
