Same as everybody here! I have lost a quite big amount of money for a table I never received. I also have filed at the police and contacted several enteties due to fraud, unfortunately nothing has worked so far but at least they are down now. I have now tried to contact NietBezorgd.nl and hope they can somehow safe my money. They went bankrupt by now as far as I am aware so not sure what the procedure will be. What a pitty, sich a waste of much, money and efforts!

Same problem as everyone else.
I paid quite a lot of money for a garden lounge set, that should had been delivered within 2 weeks.
They replied to me once that it will be delivered second week of June, since then no communication.

I have been trying to reach them via phone and chat. Phone disconnected, chat not answered.

I will file a police report.

Update: they replied that I will receive the money within 2 weeks. Curious how that will go.

Update: no money, I will file tomorrow police report and contact a lawyer. Luckily I have lawyer insurance.

Update: report is filed, I received immediate message from seller to take it down otherwise they report me for false report and that they went bankrupt last week

I again did not want to have to write this review but I did tell them I would if they did not refund my money by last Friday June 7th. I ordered chairs in December 2023 with an advertised delivery of three weeks (it actually STILL says that on their website!!) and spent 430 euros under order number 5216.
Several hours after I ordered with a 10% discount they had a 15% discount advertised so I contacted them to see if I could cancel and reorder but they said they would give me the 5% back, of course this never happened even after several emails. Then as the delivery time came and went I followed up with several emails and was constantly being told it would be a few more weeks. After I received the same generic template email in April that I received in March I had it and requested a refund. They ignored three emails until I had to threaten to have the transaction queried with my bank and the police approached about having their website added to the "Bekende malafide handelspartijen" page. Only then did they say it would be refunded in 2 weeks. That of course passed, I threatened again and I was told "within 5 days" which was already a month ago! I will now be sending a letter of demand and looking into any possibilities to have their business shut down/disrupted/effected until my money is sent back to me. I can only hope this review helps one person from falling into this scam trap, please always search a business before sending them your hard earned money because some people like the owner have no guilt in stealing from you

TOTAL SCAM - THEY WILL ROB YOU

I never received the product or any updates after the initial order. Have been trying to cancel and get refunded for weeks. They finally cancelled the order after 6 attempts to request this. But they never refunded me. Multiple follow ups w no response on chat or email. Phone number is not working. Finally got a reply saying it was thru highest priority they would be talking to their finance department and would provide proof of refund that day. None of those things happened and now they just do not reply to anything. Not chat, not email, nothing. Basically they took my money and ghosted me.

What a scam !!!! 3 months later I do not have the tables I purchased, the costumer service telephone number does not work any more, no reply on my emails. I am taking legal action now. ORDER #5929

Completely duped of nearly 1000 eur like many others here - how to join someone with the police orders and legal action? Fully agree with others below - this shop must be taken down!

Edit: after having now sent 10+ emails and no response, despite threatening legal action, they are just doing nothing. Seeing there are so many aggrieved parties here, how can we collectively act to take this website down to prevent more and more victims? They are proper robbers and must be stopped!
Edit 2: despite many promises by email to return my money - no action on their end still. I have reached out to their website and email domain administrator to warn them of fraud happening in their domains - abuse at mijndomein point nl - hopefully if more people reach out they may do something? Also filed a policed report and action will follow suit.

The worst Thing is That After one of My Many Mails I Wrote to them They warned in a harsh tone that if I reported it to the Police they would take action against me!!!

Cheats of the highest order. Stall you acting against them by giving you multiple dates for when the refund will “100%” in my bank account. Nothing since early March even though I have been given at least 15 dates and they don’t realise how damaging their email commitments are for them. They should be acted against legally and best for those aggrieved by their actions to get together. I am organising a collective action against them and if you are in the same boat, please write to this email ID I created, so we can set up a civil suit as a collective - againstwoneninteriour[at sign]yahoo.com

Do not order from this company, it's a scam. The website promises quick delivery but it's has been 5 months and still no delivery of the ordered item. It is really hard to get in contact with them, they have no telephone number and they do not respond to e-mails anymore. At first, they provided my with updates on the delivery, however, making false promises. After I had canceled the order, they did not respond at all. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I ordered at the company.. I still hope to get my money back before I take further legal action.

My order is #5951. Its a scam. It was a mistake not to read the reviews before order. Site says delivery in 1-2 weeks and its been 1 month no delivery of item . Their phone number doesnot work, no response to chat and no response to email. Its a scam.

We have ordered a furniture last year November with delivery date mentioned in our order. Of course it didn't arrive. No one reached out to update us, when we reached out the delivery date was changing,which would have been fine, but no follow-up up from this "company". You can't phone them, their phone number doesn't work. Their chat service on their website is automated AI powered, only if you insist you want to speak to a human or a human to call you you get through. This "company" told us so much lies, took the money for the furniture and never transferred it back. We keep e-mailing them about the refund of the money,which they agreed, as after months they cancelled our order. The refund is way overdue, but they keeping the money. Service/ product not provided, they kept our money, no apologies or acknowledgement from them. The absolute worst "company" (if you could call them that) we've ever came across.They simply scamming consumers and would advice anyone to avoid buying anything from them.

I ordered a product that never arrived (Order #5631). After cancelling due to non-delivery, I had to wait for a refund.

I had given the company until the end of March to resolve this issue, prepared to seek help from relevant authorities to recover my funds and any additional costs. This situation required urgent attention to prevent further escalation.

I ordered 4 chairs on the 5th of January that were available for delivery. I never received the chairs and every time I asked for an update I was told "it will be delivered next week".
I requested a cancelation and refund on the 29th of February and since then they don't reply to my emails or chat messages. There is no phone number so this company cant be reached! It's a scam and I'm filing a police report

We ordered a table and this company kept pushing the date back and back. They kept telling us different dates but only after we contacted them asking for our table. After 4 months of waiting we cancelled the order. Now after 15 days we still have not received or money back and they dont respond.
We will start reaching out to our credit card company.

Funny how they react fast on bad reviews but not on updates about our table or ours many chat requests, as they don’t accept phone calls.

DONT BUY IN THIS SHOP
I ordered 4 chairs in august, i got 3 Dates of Delivery (in Oktober; in November and NOW in January). Haven‘t Seen a chair or Money back until now.

You cant get them via phone, they don‘t answer in the Chat and they may replay on every 3rd Mail.

Terrible experience. Ordered chairs on 15 November and was told delivery time is around 3 weeks. After Christmas no updates yet so I contacted them. They said they should receive the chairs on 29 Dec. Of course the chairs didn’t arrive. Contacted them again and was told they should receive them on 15 January. No updates so I contacted them again and they said they should receive the chairs in the first week of February. In other words, you pay for your order upfront, once the lead time is past and you ask for an update they tell you the delivery is in 2 week time and you are left without your order for months. Not a serious business. I am disputing this order payment. I asked to cancel and refund but I haven’t received the refund yet.

I placed an order (# 4196) in August and they kept saying they would deliver it but every week they would say it wasn't possible so eventually I cancelled the order and now it has been over 2 months and they still haven't refunded my money. They keep saying they refund next week and then dont. I hope they come with a solution quick.

I finally got my refund after I received a call and they explain the logistical issues that affected my order. I hope others also find a happy solution.

I ordered a table from here almost 7 weeks ago now on November 2nd. There has been no change in my orders shipping status and trying to call or use the chat service is useless. No replies. This is a fraudulent service, do not order from here. Wish I had paid more notice to the reviews here. Sorry i'll never see my money again :( So angry.

Promise of refund is not kept!

After waiting for 2 months and one negative review, they promised to refund my 900 eur & explain the situation through a call 1 week ago. As expected, I got ghosted and now it has gone back to the standard "your refund is our priority, wait for another 5 days" message in my inbox which I have been receiving for 8 weeks now.

Whoever has sorted legal help, please also post the info to help other people suffering with this situation to take this up legally.

If you see woneninterieur's reply to this review saying "we have informed you in email and your refund is processed", please know it is only a standard reply and the refund process has not happened

Nice website and assortiment but not very strong operations. We ordered a garden table that in the end could not be delivered and it took quite some time before we got our money back. Hopefully they fix those issues soon.
