The website does not indicate anywhere that the shoes come from China, nor that you will be dealing with Customer Service based in China. The shoes that I ordered, one pair fit, the other pair was a good 1/2 inch bigger (same size--supposedly). When I tried to return them, it was IMPOSSIBLE.
This is the e-mail in which I finally received an address to which to return the shoes, and a clear idea that I had been swindled.

Due to the high postage and custom duties,can you consider repurchasing a suitble pair for $65?Then you needn't return the large pair because of the high shipping fee.In addition,international shipping take a long time and the package takes a risk of being lost,how about giving them to your friends as a gift?

Of course,if you insist on returning them for exchanging a smaller size,we will be glad to process it for you.We will resend a new pair to you once we get the package back and make sure that the shoes are unworn,unwashed and undamaged.

So, let me check the logic. Because my package may or may not get there, they suggest that I keep the shoes that do not fit and send them money to get a second pair (that may or may not get to me? that may or may not be rightly sized?). Awful.

These guys rip off photos of designs from other places, then send you poorly made, chemically smelling knock offs then refuse to refund you. Never buy anything from this website.
