I love these cheesecakes! Super delicious and incredible small business. So glad they're making these cheesecakes for diabetics and health fanatics like me. Wonderful and can't wait to try all their new flavors.
Scammers with attitudes. This company is unethical, unorganized, and clearly do not value their customers. Due to their unclear method of cancellation, they continued to ship an order out to me that I told them not to send and reminded them that I already canceled this subscription a month ago. I informed them that I would be returning to sender if they ship it off, and they simply apologized for the confusion. So when I returned-to-sender like I said I would and then followed up by notifying them that I successfully returned to sender, it was only then that they informed me that I should not have returned to sender, and because I returned to sender, they will not refund me. This is THEFT. This order was unauthorized and so was the shipment. Be aware and stay far away from this company because the cheesecakes weren’t even all that they are hyped up to be, which is why I asked to cancel a month ago and the first place. They are gritty, weird tasting (especially the chocolate one), and I could only eat them if they were half frozen.
