Zero stars! Don’t be fooled.
I totally agree with the previous review; buy expensive, receive cheap. They advertise a hardcover really good-looking book aimed to help children deal with everyday problems in life: bullying, etc. Excellent advertising on FaceBook and website; says lots of wonderful reviews. All total rubbish! What you receive is a cheap paperback that you can buy on Amazon from £4.75 - £6.99, translated by a Chinese translator from Chinese. The company then tell you that this is identical to what they advertised.
When you complain, support seems good (“we want to sort this out for you / we understand you are upset”), but it comes down to the well known China trick:- send it back at your own expense (and you lose that money as well for you’re unlikely to get a refund) or keep the book and we’ll refund you 20% - so you maybe get a 20% refund for a book you could have bought on Amazon for 80% cheaper.
Do not touch this company with a bargepole; they may not be a total scam or fraud because they *do* send you a book; unfortunately it’s not the book you expected or paid for. Personally, I would call this a scam.
