I'm going on my sixth month of recovery from a medial menisectomy. I have to return to work in about five weeks and my job is physical. I recently spent a couple of days searching and comparing knee sleeves. It's a very confusing world of knee sleeves. What is rated number one or two on one site might be four or five on another site.
(But this is true with a lot of products).

I also decided to wear a knee sleeve on my good knee to avoid a possible meniscus tear on it. And just generally to stabilize it because of my physical job.

I was getting so burnt out on searching for knee sleeves, but I finally somehow found the Wonder Step Website. Everything about this website seemed very convincing and so I decided to give it a chance.

And I'm glad I did. These knee sleeves are everything they were described to be. They give my knees the support I'll need on my job and for taking long walks or hikes (someday). They're quality knee sleeves throughout. My knees feel firmly stabilized yet they're comfortable.

I was a little bit dreadful about going back to work. But I feel much better now knowing my knees will be firmly stabilized yet comfortable with these knee sleeves.

The durability of these knee sleeves remains to be seen. But I honestly think with good care they'll last thousands of hours of use.

Also, really important. Their customer service is excellent.

A word on sizing:
Measuring three inches with the ruler end placed at the top of the kneecap, my left knee is 14 1/8 inches in circumference and my right knee 14 6/8 inches in circumference. I chose a medium and it fits very well.
Also, when deciding on your size, the measurements are being taken in a sedentary state. But when your muscles start working hard and your thighs start expanding with blood, the circumference of your thighs will increase.

So this is something to figure in to your decision of which size is best.

Customer Service worked with me through the process and had an open communication until I received the knee supports. My wife was in a lot of pain, and we urgently needed the knee supports. Today we received and as soon as my wife put them on, she felt an immediate relief. This is a Great Product and Great Quality. Recommend these if you are in a lot of knee pain.

I am very happy to have done business with Wonder Steps. Their product is excellent and well made. Customer Service is outstanding. One of the best experience I've had. Wished most companies ran their business like Wonder Steps.

So far, the knee brace has worked very well. It gives me good support without being cumbersome. I used it only once so far - to play soccer in an adult over 30 recreational league - and it provided the support I needed to run in a linear fashion as well as to make lateral movements without causing me pain.

I have chronic knee pain. This brace did nothing for me.
it was not enough support, at the knee joint. was a lot tighter at the top that went to the thigh because my thigh is a little bit thicker. at the knee it was not tight enough to give me the support I needed at the knee. I just though it away. a waste of $40.00. I'm just telling the truth.

I've had knee pain for months. 2 days of wearing them and pain is 90% less then without them. I am able to now go window shopping instead of going straight in to the items needed and leaving ASAP. Very comfortable and easy to clean. I've had many inquiries about them, when people see without my limp.

I have chronic arthritis in my knee and the joint is bone on bone. I have tried many types of braces. None worked. I was very skeptical about this one when I bought it but to my surprise it works amazingly well. I can walk normally with no pain for the first time in a very long time. Thank You so much for selling a legitimate product. It has changed my life.

I was checking the reviews to make sure the rating was not ...just the company writing its own reviews (as many do or they have family and friends lie). Then I started reading the one-star reviews.

What I did not like was someone wanted to return the sleeve because of size and he did not like it...your response to him was rude and very telling.

What you told him was....you said it was to large and we offered you a larger sleeve to support him better...but he did not want it...he already decided by the product you sent him it was not for him.

So instead of doing the right thing, you told him to screw off and keep the crappy thing he did not like...making him write the review I read.

So, If I ordered both...I was just about to....I was a former paratrooper with over 160 jumps, 2 new hips, spine, new shoulder...morphine pump, nerve issues....and all I wanted was a decent knee brace to allow me to continue my recovery...but, after you telling him (the person who cant get a return) you either keep the size you have or we will send you another...that's not what he wanted....and as a company if your fighting with one person about a 59.00 dollar purchase.....something is wrong with you!

If I am not happy with the product...according to the review I read....If I do not like it the only thing you will send me is more of something that does not work or is not what I wanted...no money return.

So...by you not just sending him his money....you have earned my review....and thank you for responding to this guy....you showed your true colors...your in it for the money and nothing more.

Love this product. Gives great support to both knees.

I purchased 2 of the Wonder Steps knee sleeves. I did so because their written guarantee assured me if I was not 100% satisfied with this product I could return it and receive my refund.
Not the case. I tried on one of the sleeves (braces) and it was too big for my leg. I had used their recommended size per their website.
I put the sleeve back in the original bag and emailed the company. They responded that they do not guarantee size and I could not return either of the sleeves I had purchased. How is one to know if an item fits their needs unless it is , at least, seen.
The Wonder Step "Team" has emailed me again saying I have no recourse. When I explained I would dispute this purchase with my credit card company and that they would not like the review I intended to write they blocked my ability to submit a review from their website.
This company is VERY UNTRUTHFUL, UNDEPENDABLE, and not someone I will EVER deal with again.

This is a very good company. While their knee sleeves did not work for me, they were very gracious and took them back for a refund. They kept me informed thru the entire process. I cannot rate the sleeves but they get an “A” for service.

I like this knee brace enough to place a second order. I was quite surprised at its effectiveness and comfort. I will continue to purchase more as needed.

1. First ; there is not a word about it in your policy ..... " need the Knee Brace anymore " .... for that you do not accept a refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. Secondly ; i need a knee brace but a larger size, what you offered me for plus $ 16, no guarantee of return ... !!!!

3. Third; how do I find out if these bigger knees will fit when your policy says ...: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (unopened). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. "

Your "policy" was written by .. idiot .. is someone very clever !!

In conclusion, ... you are the next company in the US market of hyenas, hustlers, and SCAMMERS preying on human misfortune !!!! which is confirmed by the opinions posted on the Net.
I am referring the case to my lawyer.

I love this knee support. I have two pair, and I receive immediate relief when I wear it. I am able to walk without pain, go up and down stair effortlessly. These truly make a difference in my life. Highly recommend this product.

This is my first Wonder Step knee brace. I compared many on line and asked my orthopedist daughter who agreed with my assessment of potential benefit at a reasonable cost (both $ and ease of use). I wore it around a bit and then at basketball games where I referee. it gave me stability and confidence and helped with an associated hamstring complication. So all in all a very good plus up.

I bought my 1st knee brace over six months ago recommended by my doctor due to excesivo wear of my right knee, it has served me so well that now that I’m riding a mountain eBike i bought a second one for my left knee. Not only do they provide excellent support and comfort, they also serve as protection in case of a fall. BTW; i tried copper knee braces before but the level of support and comfort is not the same.

The braces help meet back to so biking, skiing and at the gym. I am on my third set. One for work one for biking and 1 for yard work.

Lives Up to Ad

I have been using these for the treadmill and working out for three days. These are very good. I have two other brands of knee braces that I have been using for two years. WKB are better. I plan to use these for two more months. If the WKB continue to hold their shape, stay in place and provide the current level of support, I will order another pair.

I ordered from this company on Jan 4th. I won't receive until the 1-11. My injury to my knee is such that I must buy locally to be mobile at all before an MRI on 1-12.
I contacted the company to advise that I will be returning their product unopened & unworn/untouched. They only said they will send REPLACEMENTS for size issue. Their website states they will accept unopened, unworn items. They also stated that "changing your mind is not a reason" to return (!) And they have a TEAM that will decide whether they will refund my purchase. I have never heard anything so unethical from any company- ever. There would be no justification for not refunding my purchase for the return of an unopened package. This is not a company to trust. At all. Do not buy from them.
Look at their website regarding returns. "Changing your mind is not a reason, & we don't guarantee a refund" is NOT what is on their website
Since when does any company NOT accept unopened items?
Since when does a company tell any customer they cannot change their mind? In my instance, I need something to stabilize a knee immediately, & it is up to me to decide about that. At the time I ordered I could not know my knee's condition would change for the worse daily.
I would give them a zero if this site allowed. Trust them at your own peril. I'm a careful shopper, I read their website before I ordered. My advice? DON'T!

"For any return requests, we have a team who will assess if your item is acceptable or not. We just informed you that if the size is the concern, we offer replacement but not a return. Please also know that we do not accept a return due to a change of mind. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy should you need to cancel your order. Even if you return the package unopened, it is not a guarantee that you can get a refund for it without getting a confirmation that it is acceptable for return."

Their Website- Does not say anything remotely like this. If they had, I would not have ordered from them. Read how "friendly and helpful" they will be if you contact them. I've included only one email in their responses to me. There are more, & worse.

very comfortable to ware and fully supportive. do not have to worry about the velcro wearing out and not sticking to fabric. hopefully the elasticity holds up .
