Great sustaibable products. But unfortunately the return or exchance policy isn‘t that good. If you choose the wrong size you have to pay for the return on your own. For me that means 20 Euro for the parcel back to Italy. Thats bad costumer service.

I wanted to love them! They look great, but unfortunately the price is too high for the quality provided. My shoes started ripping and developed holes after 6 months of use. It's not something you expect from expensive pair of shoes.

Very bad delivery experience. i'll never order again this brand !

I wear my Womsh Vegan Hyper White for two months and now both shoes have two large holes in the lining on the heels. The lining is extremely thin and obviously of very poor quality. The holes are getting bigger and also on the top of the edge of the lining you can already see clear signs of wear. Sneakers I bought for more than 200,- euros and which are advertised as particularly sustainable, should not have a defect after 2 months! Therefore, I took photos of the shoes, wrote to the customer service and asked what the solution proposal from Womsh will be. (A repair kit? An exchange?) I got a reply apologizing for the "inconvenience" (!) and was offered a promo code to buy new shoes for 15% off. This is almost outrageous. I am supposed to buy new shoes! And must assume that the same defect will occur again.
It is indeed disappointing: a company that extremely advertises to produce sustainably and to care for the environment, sells shoes that have such a poor quality! And the customer service does not respond to this but waffles. If the company doesn't change anything, hopefully word will get out, I'll be sure to let the stores in my city that sell the shoes, know about the poor quality of the vegan materials Womsh uses.

The adress I filled in was changed to another city, causing the package to be delayed quite a lot. I can see in the order confirmation that I filled it in correctly. It was also very hard to pay for the order, because you can only use Paypal creditcard and no other option, even not creditcard on its own.

I loved the shoes! the only thing that could be improed is to send them in a smaller box. Buying sustainable shoes, that is something your customers would appreciate I guess.

The team literally never replies on mails and the quality is not satisfying at all. Returns are basically not possible - I cannot recommend the brand at all…

After receiving an Initial response that my defective pair of shoes will be replaced, I am now waiting for 10 days for more information/a delivery and several subsequent contact attempts from my side failed.
