It's been 3 months since I returned their hairdryer, and I still haven't received my money back!
Initially, someone named Laura Minten contacted me to inform me that the return process would take a long time. However, after 2 months of waiting, I have received no response at all!!!
The product is of very poor quality and extremely expensive. Additionally, the return fees are also very high!
I don’t understand the bad comments about returns here. I brought the product, it was decent but for my hair type it didn’t suit well. So I had to send it back. Only thing is I had to pay 6 euros to send it back but it’s already written in there website. I think my return was smooth and I got my complete money back.
