One of the worst things experiences of me taking me home ever.
Incredibly unclear app with no directions to guide you
They don’t let me know that there is a limit of range where you are aloud to park. I had to travel almost 10 minutes back just to park the bike.
It’s absolutely astonishing of how terrible this company is run.
I truly hope that they have to declare bankruptcy, coming from a swede.

The app isn't good
The app isn't good. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. They don't have delivery staff, and orders take two hours to arrive.
Sometimes I order from a restaurant and the order is successful, but most of the time it's rejected. I call the restaurant and they tell me they're working and the restaurant is open now. The Volt app is very stupid. It rejects orders or tells you that the restaurant is out of delivery range, even though you've already ordered from them.
If you subscribe to a monthly package to save on delivery costs, you're making a mistake because you'll have to wait two hours for your order to arrive.
Biggest scammers. DO NOT USE
I bought something worth 40, and with all the "extra fee" "transport fee" "small order fee" my order was 90.
Before tapping "pay with apple pay", the price was 60. After tapping, the price skyrocketed to 90.
Customer support did not give a f... about it.
Bunch of scammers
Never use Wolt to deliver.
We ordered food from downtown Gothenburg (we live 10 mins from the restaurant). The courier picked our food up, and went on a long detour, all the way out to Östra Sjukhuset. Then back to the city to deliver our food, which all in all, took just about an hour, instead of the 15-30 mins that it should've taken. The food was cold at this point.
Everyone can of course make a mistake, but when we talked to Wolt about this, they claimed that "everything went according to plan".
I'll leave you with these words, as they summarize pretty good why you never should use Wolt. In their minds, a 40 min detour, arriving with your delivery after 60 mins, food cold, is normal to them. No excuses. No refunds. Normal. Let that sink in.
I'll never use them again. Neither should you.

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support. Extremely high prices in the app, on top of that they add ridiculous delivery fees AND their customer support chat is so slow. They didn't even cancelled my order when I requested it. I absolutely don't recommend. I deleted the app as well, I'm never going back, IT'S THAT BAD.

they don't use thermal containers. delivery 500 meters from the restaurant and cold food. no one feels responsible. wolt scammers claim that the food was in thermal packaging and I saw that the driver was carrying it on the front seat. the standard in sweden is cold food because they don't feel like taking the food out of the bag... He could’ve simply checked the name on the door, to see if match with the order, but instead he chose to be aggressive. I felt personally attacked and deeply upset. I even had to tell him to calm down. The delivery was late, and the service was both disrespectful and unprofessional. Horrible experience. Be more careful with who you hire.

Dogshit company
Dogshit company, speaking from Serbia.
They are always late, they never follow instructions, even though its clearly easy where to go, their drivers are npc's who cannot literally take a deeper look into this.
Avoidable at all costs.
Delivery - 2 hours+ and for 125sek plus admin fees.. Not worth it!
I have ordered food and only after payment i received info that food will arrive after 75-85mins. When 85mins were over i got extended time for 18 more minutes, then 12 more minutes,...then 11mins...
I wrote to the customer service and was informed that courier is having troubles with using GPS and they cannot offer at this stage any refund or something else. I was recommended to keep waiting. Delivery time keept increasing with more 12.mins then 11 mins....
Finally they refunded me. I stayed without food and with bad experience as a new client.
I will not order through Wolt again.
