awfull service
Ordered groceries that kept saying it would be delivered in 2 min. But according to the app the shop closed 1 hour ago.
No one answers their chat and when you call them they say they will tranfer you but they simply hang up on you (happened twice with 2 different employees)

Disgusting experience with Wolt Denmark. Ordered 2 dishes, 1 of then came with wrong sauce which rendered it inedbile for the intended person. She ate a freezer pizza instead. I am now not getting a refund because the restaurant said they sent the right thing… like what??? That’s the lamest excuse ever, just so they dont have to pay for their own mistakes. The funny thing is, Wolt just accepts it and sides with the restaurant. Chats get closed, no solution is being offered. I am NEVER ordering with Wolt again and recommend EVERYONE to do the same

Terrible.
I have had several orders from wolt with no luck issues, but after the last one I won’t be ordering with them again.
The food was an hour late and cold. The delivery was wrong and when I contacted customer service they wanted a photo of the receipt on the food. There was not one. I told them there was no receipt at least 4 times and they ignored me.
It’s not the fact they were late or the food was wrong it’s the fact that customer service are so bad
Update: tried using Wolt again. Yet again they are late.

They -constantly- make mistakes. You order 3 items? You'll get 2, maybe 1. You order extra stuff? You don't get it, you order food for 2? You get for 1. And its not just rarely, its like every second time. Once, they made a mistake 3 times in a row, forgetting either drinks, or parts of the meal.
They never check the food to see if the order is correct, and its gotten very infuriating. They are nice enough to refund the wares -sometimes- but their website is also very poorly set up. I ordered a pay for 1 get 2, and ended up paying EXTRA, and getting only 1 item, because their website changed my order to a single item, because I added BACON to a burger.
Not to mention the people they have running the help don't understand a lick of English or danish half the time, leaving to them completely ignoring your questions or the problem, and just trying to push through to close the ticket. Over all, I cannot recommend them at all.

1. I tipped 40 DKK thinking the delivery would be seedless, stupid me!
2. I paid 804 DKK for Burritios that were OK, tacos that were stone cold (filling and actual tacos) plus padrons that were as cold as the tacos.
3. The delivery cyclist delivered the food to my door, in a burst paper bag resulting in me having to clean the common hallway and kitchen tops, refer to photo below, also no doubt contributing to the cold sub-standard food!

I've had enough of Wolt. Any time anything goes wrong, they're not interested in helping out. I ordered from THEIR OWN grocery store. I received my goods after an hour and all the frozen produce was completely defrosted. All their "customer service" would say is that an hour is "relatively fast" and "within their guidelines", so I was getting nothing. Promised 25 minute delivery, takes an hour and all my frozen produce was ruined and all they say is that they'll "pass the feedback on". I've had enough. I'll be contesting the charge with my bank on Monday and get my money back. Wolt will also get charged a fee for the charge back. I recommend anyone else who gets told politely to "suck it" when things go wrong do the same. Get your money back. Vote with your wallet. Let Wolt hear you.
EDIT: So sick of these empty responses from Wolt. I don't even know why they have "customer service". They're clearly instructed to not give refunds except in rare circumstances and usually, at best, they'll hand back 30% and still keep 70% of your money. Taken my advice, if you get shafted by them, charge back the money.

One star as is the lowest rating I can give.
Today, when placing my order, I requested in the comments section that if items XX were not available, the entire order should be canceled. Despite this, I received my order with the items I had requested to be canceled missing and replaced with different products that I cannot have due to allergies :) . To make matters worse, an open bottle of Ajax cleaning spray was packed with my vegetables, ruining them. Several items were also missing.
When I contacted customer service, they only offered a refund in store credits for the missing or incorrect items. They did not address the fact that my comment about canceling unavailable items was ignored. The customer service agent told me that in such cases, I should contact them to cancel the order, which seems unreasonable since I can’t know what items are missing if the store doesn’t address them until after delivery.
But of course, that way they can keep the amount and you have to spend even more to go out and get the right things.
Now, I’m left with Ajax-spoiled vegetables, incorrect items, and the need to buy the correct items elsewhere at the end of the day :)))

App changed my order without me noticing. i suspect a bug. Told customer service and they didnt want to help me. I guess thats what i get for trusting a newer delivery service. Never again!

Not impressed with Wolt
New subscriber, ordered McDonald’s in Copenhagen it took 1.15 mins to arrive ( order said 25 mins) it was cold on arrival and no straws for drinks or napkins ! I contacted support who said sorry and gave 39Dkk refund ! On an order of 228 DKK. Not sure I will be using again .

I do not recommend Wolt Polska, especially the annual subscription. The company changes the service fee rate without notice, without informing the customer and without the possibility of canceling the subscription (lost money). The consultant claims that he cannot do anything because the first order has been placed and does not specify who to appeal to. It seems like a decent company, but that's just an appearance

There was a technical error where drivers were unable to connect service or connection was dropped every 5-6 minutes, completing deliveries was possible after godknows how many slides and even calling customer didn't worked. Not so long after it started we got a message saying yeah we know about it and workin' on it. I was in scheduled hours and on the end it wasn't payed 'cos apparently I was in bad. They said the problem isn't started yet when my connection was already dropped, showing them that I'm not online (though I was). Easy claim, they can say anything. So don't count on them to stand by your side. Best part: you can be blocked from taking shifts because "your mistake". Company like this not deserve to exist in a fair world.

I have placed a scheduled order, but it was registered as a regular order and delivered 3 hours before it should have been. I contacted support and asked for a refund, but was not believed that the error is on wolt’s side, and not mine, and did not get a refund. During the chat conversation the messages were loading incorrectly, which i took screenshots of and showed to the customer support. This was undoubting proof that wolt’s system was experiencing issues, but i still didn’t get a refund.

Horrible company that promise you one thing but then tells you another thing after. Ordered food bcs it said 25-30 min. It then took 50 min and still hasn't arrived yet. Then some food was sold out and they told me I wasn't charged but I still was. Biggest scam, do not buy!

I changed to wolt Denmark exclusively many years ago, after their customer service genuinely took responsibility for and refunded bad deliveries, as opposed to just eat who's customer service would essentially just shrug and tell you to talk to the restaurant.
My two latest orders however (and also reading all these horrible reviews) tells me they have changed their customer service policies from fair and customer oriented, to remote robotic scripted, moneygrabbing, borderline illegal, couldn't care less about customers or reputation.
My latest order i tracked the driver on GPS for 45 minutes after picking up my order, traveling the grand tour of my area zigzag, including back to and waiting extensively at a different restaurant, before finally showing up here with a stone cold pizza plastered to the ceiling of the box it came in. So I refused to recieve it and the driver took it back with him. Wolt then refuses to refund me the order. The order before that, a third of my order was missing, so I told wolt this is not the meal I ordered and they are welcome to deliver my complete order in one delivery like i paid for and take the incomplete (and cold after arguing with wolt for 2 hours) order back when they arrive. They refused anf ferl like refunding only the missing item would be sufficient. If I order pasta carbonara and recieve sauce and bacon but no pasta, is it fine to refund me the price of spaghetti?
Wolt has lost all credibility and decency. As far as I am concerned they are performing plain theft, and I looking into pressing charges.

Grocery shopping through Wolt supermarkets isn't working at all!
Always items missing, last time 6 out of 18 items were sold-out (apparently), so it wasn't charged but it completely defies the purpose when you can't trust you get what you order.

Totally useless firm, ordered some food that said it would be there in 15 mins. After 1 hour the food arrieved and cold asf fuak.
Not even a refund or nothing, the wolt driver said "3 gold custumers" first, what the fuak is that even an excuse. Contacted Wolt and they refused to refund my money...

This is only a small example but there are plenty more where it came from: tonight I ordered 2 salads via Wolt, each with tofu. These were going to be my dinners for tonight and tomorrow. Tofu is important because as a vegan it is the only protein I get during the day.
I received the delivery with no tofu whatsoever, and it turns out the restaurant had run out but did not bother informing me (I'd have canceled the order straight away). Wolt reach out to the restaurant who agreed to refund less than 10% of my price. Wolt chipped in for another 15%. Neither cared that I was still down quite a bit, with no dinner in hand (I will not eat the salads with no tofu, had to eat something else).
