My orders were fine, packaging was fine, shipping was fine. Only thing is that the website is cluttered and super difficult to navigate. It bombards you with discounted products hounds you for your information every 2 seconds. I almost paid for a product I already own just because they gave me a random pop-up with a "pay now" option before showing me my order confirmation for my intended order. Kind of weird.
