I live in these shoes! Lovely design and colours and delivery is swift. Recommend trying them in store before buying online as the sizing can be a bit small (for English feet!).

Bad design. Sandals with velcro are really bad design. The 2 parts velcro are swooped. The part with the hooks are visible and exposed when you adjust the sandal straps. Exposed and all dust, sewing thread etc. will get hooked, and they look dirty. Furthermore the hooks will catch the hem of your trousers or a long dress/skirt and will ruin your clothes. Then the environmental issue: on a pair of sandals size 34 there are 19 cm of hooks in total: back, front and wrist strap. 2cm in each place is enough to keep the sandals securely closed. It's just totally waste of material.

I ordered Line sandals, my size is 38 but they fitted small. Apparently for return even within europe they dont handle the return and i had to pay 30 euros (30% of the purchase price) to send the sandals back. I am very curious how the rest of the return would proceed

I bought my first pair of Woden Magda boots in 2022. By 2023 they had fallen apart. I thought maybe I was unlucky so I sent a message and their customer service was outstanding. Quick to respond and I got a replacement pair of boots in October 2023. Sadly these too have now disintegrated and are unwearable. I only wore them in the winter. Nothing more than normal wear. Maybe I'm unlucky but maybe they just aren't very well made. My friend's boots fell apart too. A shame as they are warm and comfortable but I'd expect a pair of boots that cost this much to last more than a year.

I ordered shoes from the site excited about this zero waste type option. I measured my feet according to the site and ordered a size 40, which is also what I usually wear. I took the shoes on a city trip and I got blisters on my toes on day one. I also got burn blisters on my ankles (was wearing ankle socks) Not sure what material is used there but it literally burned my ankles. My feet got so bad that my ankles were bleeding. Once home, I filed a complaint with Woden. It took them 11 days to process my complaint and all they offered was a 15% discount on a full priced new pair of shoes so I could get a bigger size .... unbelievable. Please be warned!

Bad experience at Woden Store. The website clearly states that you will receive a refund of the purchase price including shipping costs, so I received the cost price of the shoes without reimbursement of the shipping costs. On top of that, I also paid € 10 for the return shipment because you have to send the package to Denmark! Total € 15 costs incurred for returned shoes. So think twice before ordering from this webshop.

Slechte ervaring bij Woden Store. Op de website staat duidelijk dat je het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten terug ontvangt, ik kreeg dus de kostprijs van de schoenen zonder vergoeding van de verzendkosten terug. Daarbovenop heb ik ook nog €10 betaald voor de retourzending want je moet het pakket naar Denemarken opsturen! Totaal €15 kosten gemaakt voor retour gestuurde schoenen. Bedenk je dus 2 x voor je bij deze webshop besteld.
