Absolutely disgraceful!!! I ordered hundred of pounds worth of clothes for my 14 year old daughter and they came several weeks late and are all Lycra!!! What a total rip off!! I have lost count on how many times I have emailed and I have had no response! There website is also down so unable to try and contact them through there! Very poor quality items, nothing like the images. They need reporting for false advertising and ripping off customers!!!

I received a package today . after waiting almost 2 month's there were 3 items in the package out of the 8 items ordered and payed for . only 1 item was what i actually the item i ordered the items in the descriptions are not what you receive. For example I ordered jeans I got silky stretchy pants. I ended up paying $180 and the items I received are $2 items. This company does not even deserve one star it needs a zero Stars they rip people off and steal their money.

SCAM!!! YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER, AND THEY WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!

AWFUL "company". This rating would be more accurate if I could give zero stars, because even one is definitely not deserved.

Placed an order beginning of November - heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from them for more than two weeks.. nothing about shipping, not even acknowledgement of my order!

Emailed them to check order status around Thanksgiving and they'd assured me my order had already shipped, and provided me a tracking number, which I immediately checked.

It said nothing about being shipped, it read "USPS currently waiting for package". Now confused and steadily growing steaming mad, I wait a little more than another week.

It's now the beginning of December when I check on shipment using provided tracking number, and it STILL SAYS "USPS CURRENTLY WAITING FOR PACKAGE"!

At this point, I contact PayPal- who then has me contact the seller, who tells me nothing more than "It's been shipped and be patient".. mid December, I escalate to PayPal and ONE DAY
before the PayPal deadline, *magically* a brand new tracking number is all of a sudden provided, and package arrives from this company... WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SHIRT THAN I ORDERED!! Looks nothing like the one on the website, and the quality is atrocious. Absolute garbage.

Save yourself a headache and AVOID this so called company.

The pictures look nice, but the products are very poor quality and there is no information whatsoever regarding the material.
Getting helpful information about the order is almost impossible. The only answer I got was - we will look into it.
At some point I got the tracking code, but no information where I can actually track it.
After I got my items I asked them to send me the return address - offered me a 30% discount for the next purchase if I don't return them.
After the 3rd E-Mail requesting a return address I'm still waiting for it...
Expensive lesson - always check before you order.

I ordered 11/12/20. It is now 12/22/20. The order has still not even entered the US to be tracked on USPS.

Absolutely shocking!! Will never buy from them again and would NOT recommend. I spent 2 months waiting for my item, emailing back and forth receiving very little to no help and snotty reply emails. The package has just arrived and it looks NOTHING like the picture. Extremely over priced for what I have received. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!! 😡

My order disappeared from my account in the site. I wrote to them but haven't received an answer. I doubt I'll ever receive it.

I would give zero stars! buyer beware! ordered my sisters gift November 6th and still have not received it, no tracking info, nothing. I have been emailing people back and forth this whole time and have received ANY real answers. I doubt I will even get my order. Scam!!!

I wouldnt even give this 1 ☆. I placed an order over 2 months or so ago. Still no package. Emails & emails back n forth. Telling me to be patient. I was heated. I order 50$ & they email me they have to send overseas - doesn't take that long . Track it alot - USPS still saying UNKNOWN. I ask for a refund . Still nothing . Dont order from this place . They will just scam u outta ur $$. THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED && TAKEN DOWN...Today is 12-30-20. I FINALLY ORDERED MY SO CALLED ORDER. 1ST- WRONG ORDER

Very poor quality of goods! I ordered a winter coat. But they sent me i some kind of thin synthetic rag that can only be thrown away. Sorry, I can't upload photos. I have written many times that I want to return the item, but they do not answer. There is no company code or registration address on the website. In my opinion, this is a potentially fictitious company that deceives people.

Waste of money! The clothes look like crap in real

I placed an order over 2 months ago and still waiting on it everytime I email them they say the same thing it's on its way it's rediculous I think i t might be a scam if your smart don't waste your time or money .their customer service is horrible! And I am very very upset!

There is no contact info on this website except a phonenumber (UK) and a hotmail address, you cannot find what the company's real name is. This I flag as a scam. Don't order here!
