I highly recommend this company and their products.
The service is brilliant, dispatched and delivered in a couple of days. The boots are perfect for me, well made, comfortable and hard wearing as well as looking good. As a person who has had problems with hip, knee and ankle pain I find I can wear these with no pain at all and can walk for miles. I've had two pairs similar (from WMSC) bought locally now I've found them online I will continue to get them (bought 2 pairs this time). Going to check out their sandles for summer next.

Loved the boots but had to send them back as too small. Followed their sizing guide on the website so think this must be incorrect. Also still waiting for my refund!

It's great to hear that you loved the boots and I feel your frustration that they were too small and we didn't have the larger size available. Feet are very unique things and whilst we try our best with the sizing and undergo many fit tests before any shoe is actually made, ultimately it is very personal and the only way to know for sure is to try them.
Your refund was issued within 24 hours of receiving the boots back.
