Fantastic experience. Bought a tent at the end of the season for a great price and the tent was delivered swiftly and perfectly. Since placing the order, the tent carpet was back in stock. Called the store who honoured the same bundle price on the carpet and added to the order. Very friendly service and would recommend 100%.

Ordered here after being let down by AlpineTrek. Wish I'd come here first especially as its a smaller business. Promised delivery within 4-7 days yet it arrived within 48 hours of pressing order. Love it and will be back for more gear.

Ordered on a Friday evening online after purchasing from another company where it got lost in transit and then was oos. I phoned WM on the Monday following placing my order just to check it really was in stock and to my delight it was being packaged up as I phoned! It arrived the following afternoon through APC deliveries who were also excellent. The gentleman I spoke to at WM was so helpful and I would urge anyone to give the big market leaders a miss and buy from a this fabulous family business instead as it will be a much more efficient and pleasant experience.

I have recently purchased a tent which got lost in transit for a short while. WMCamping were so helpful and contacted the delivery company and the tent arrived the next day. They even offered to send out a replacement next day delivery as we were about to go away on our first camping holiday.

We were on a 2 week escourted tour in canada from the Niagara Falls to the Rockys ending in Vancouver with Newmarket.
It was a wonderful experience.
The tour guides were very informative
and helpful.

Bought 2 camping chairs and matching leg rests. The price was the best we could find for this particular product and after some research (was it too good to be true?) we ordered on Saturday afternoon. They were delivered this morning, Tuesday, by an overnight delivery company which seems to be standard as there was no delivery charge. We would certainly look to WM Camping for other products in the future. Excellent company.

I originally bought a tent from WM Camping in January as they were offering the best deal for the tent I had been look at for ages. Everything went well with the shipping etc. I checked the tent in the bag and hoped for good weather so I could use it. When it was dry enough to test, I erected the tent but noticed a fault in one of the windows. I let the team know and they have been BRILLIANT at getting this sorted out for me. I cannot recommend their customer service highly enough as well as the fact that they were extremely competitive in price in the first place. Thank you

I'd never heard of this company before but the website is very good - I'd love to visit their show ground of tents one day as you can rarely see a tent up before making a purchase these days. However, because the price was very good I did buy from them online. The tent arrived well packed and very quickly and is perfect. I was very pleased that they didn't use Evri or Yodel - the delivery service APC was one I didn't know before but they were amazing. There was a problem with the delivery but APC have a real phone number and they reassured me the parcel would be delivered the next day and even called me in the morning to give me the exact time. Many companies don't realise how the delivery service they use can affect their customer's experience. I no longer buy from companies that use Yodel or Evri if I can find an alternative even it that's at a higher price. So, thank you WM Camping, I would definitely recommend you.

As a young family brand new to camping (novices) we visited WM and found the team were super helpful and honest on what we would need for the first few trips. They were kind and knowledgable. They took extra to show us how the tents worked and what to do. Have made multiple return visits to get parts and they are very reasonably priced. Fantastic local business that look after people. Let’s hope the kids like camping !!!

Bought a tent on the 20/02/23 and it came 2 days later excellent price and the customer service is fantastic . I would highly recommend to anyone for coming equipment .

I must admit I was doubting whether this is not a scam (as it happens these days). Checking here and finding no reviews was not encouraging much, but the company is registered at the Companies House and so I decided to give it a try.
I bought a camping mat, confirmation email came in promptly, shipping was smooth, the mat came in perfect condition.
Glad to buy from local store. Keep it up!
