Doing the online auction has been fun…
Doing the online auction has been fun and easy. It has only been two weeks, but I've managed to win a few lovely items. Once the auction has ended, payment is made, the following day I received a curtesy call which is always lovely. Then within 3-4 days my items arrived well packaged. Then another call to check that I am pleased with my items. All in all a lovely experience and I'm looking forward to many more.

Very efficient and straight forward
It’s really easy to bid. Fees are clear and concise. Delivery was extremely prompt.
My only suggestion would be to have a bit more detail in the listings as to what is available. The picture of a box isn’t always so helpful. Otherwise, really good to deal with.

I recently used WLC Auctions for the first time while searching for a special gift for my son’s 21st birthday. As expected, I did plenty of research beforehand and was very impressed by the positive reviews.
I was delighted to win the auction for a high-value item, although I was naturally a little cautious about the delivery process. However, I was reassured to learn that the package would be fully tracked and insured for its full value. The item arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and I couldn’t have been happier with the purchase.
The communication from their after-sales team was excellent throughout. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally.

1st time I’ve used the auction house and give them 5 stars.
1st time I’ve used the auction house and successfully bid for a couple of items. I found their system easy to navigate and following instructions simple to manoeuvre.unfortunately due to a mix up, which I take ownership for, they delivered my items to the wrong address. A telephone call to them and a conversation with extremely helpful sympathetic staff I got things sorted immediately and a delivery the next day.
First impressions are WLC are a slick and professional business and will definitely bidding for future lots.
The items I purchased were genuinely cheaper than the market price and they arrived well packaged and quickly too.

I received a call from Danielle, who was very professional and clearly showed how much they care about their customers. She took the time to clarify all my concerns and made me feel much more confident and reassured about how the auction process works.
She also explained that they handle large volumes of iPhones, which is why the same images are often reused, as updating each listing individually would be very time-consuming.
Thank you again, Danielle — your customer service was excellent. Based on this experience, I’ve updated my review to 5 stars.
