I was grateful that I was able to obtain or REAX chains 2 from WKG Sports at a decent price. I was somewhat disappointed that it did not come with in the REAX company packaging (tin) as it has done when put purchased from another company, hence the lack of 5th star.

Thank you WKG for amazing response quicker, honest, helpful unlike other company I dealt with.Had our mistake only occurred with WKG who didn’t keep my £350.00 for omnium trainer I’d cancelled unlike Winstanley Bikes (DONT USE) who cancelled order as out of stock & item I’d found elsewhere 1 week before they sent it holding onto £279.00. Bank having to use section 75 chargeback because they won’t refund. I wasn’t allowed to refuse delivery (ringing doorbell for next 2 days where only vulnerable adult in home if didn’t take parcel) so left with £20 postage.
WKG honest, polite & helpful dealing with me. Brilliant customer service - you find out about that when things need sorting out. Cancelled order straight away, emailed pleading confirmation cancellation & refund, done under 24 hours. Fantastic WKG can’t praise more highly
