Fraudulent business

As others have said, this business is fraudulent. I ordered two hampers after seeing an online advertisement in the New York Times. The hampers, described as "quilted," appeared to be made of a thick, wooly fabric, with stitching and fabric variation creating a three-dimensional effect. I placed my order 1/1/26. Seven weeks later, I received two hampers with printed designs on flat canvas, nothing like the photos. When I contacted the company about getting the full refund guaranteed on the website, I was told (probably by a bot) that this would not be feasible because the items would have to be shipped to Hong Kong--even though the address on the website was in Colorado--and that the photo had merely been "optimized." I was offered a 15% and then a 20% refund. I did not accept. (I might have asked my credit card company to cover the loss (about $65), but did not, since it wasn't their fault.) I contacted the NYT to let them know that they should not be allowing this fraudulent advertising.

Finally resolved 3/25/26! Slow delivery of WRONG ITEM

Took months, no delivery until prompted, then sent the WRONG ITEM. Have FINALLY received the item I ordered and paid over 3 MONTHS AGO. BEWARE of any ad during ONLINE GAME. Company name often hidden. Now receiving delaying tactic emails from “Silver City” “delivered by Zen Desk”. // Only the announcement that I would leave a negative TrustPilot review finally led to the shipping of the item I ordered. Since it finally arrived today 3/25/26 I can upgrade from a one-star to two-star review.

I ordered 4

I ordered 4, hand made quitted duffle bags, and what i received was 3 crappy, plastic, garbage, bags, NOT WORTH ANYTHING, especially what I paid for, which was alot! Ive been going back and forth with this crappy company, trying to get my money back, and at first they were only willing to give be 20%, then 30%, and it went a little more up from there, which i was furious, about. I escalated to pay pal, and now I have settled, and an amount, that im still shorting myself, but this is going on way to long! DONT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU WANT YOU ORDER, BUT THEY WILL GIVE YOU CRAP!! UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!

I ordered 3 duffle bags in December…

I ordered 3 duffle bags in December 2025, it is now March of 2026. I'm not getting a response from wjliving and the package information still shows in transit, as if it's going thru US Customs from another country.
- My Verdict this company is a SCAM

Not as advertised at all!

Received duffle bag on 2/9 after ordering on 12/28.
Had requested to cancel order on 1/8. They said would give me a discount on future order and would expedite shipping if kept order. I agreed if could get by a certain date which came and went. Requested refund as product not as advertised- not quilted, flat canvas. Customer service said "slight variances" were expected and the product was "optimized " on website. Multiple emails have passed between us with them offering % off and %coupon for future purchases. I still have to pay return shipping which they say is international and could cost up to $20. I paid $7.99 for shipping from a warehouse in IL when I purchased bag. They have a very high scam factor with the BBB which I did not check. Usually check but not this time. Have requested full refund and prepaid return label. No reply yet. Will file with FTC and with BBB ( will join the crowd). Should send a complaint to state Attorney General's office also. Good luck if purchasing from them.

DO NOT buy anything from this company…

DO NOT buy anything from this company or linked affiliates. I ordered what was supposed to be a quilted bag with 3D design. What i got was a reusable grochery bag with a picture of the quilted 3D design on the front. It took forever to get here. I should have checked the reviews but the advertisements were all over a legit and respected newspaper website.

Dishonest website

I ordered 3 laundry baskets. None were quilted or 3D as pictures suggest. Instead they are printed designs on coarse canvas.
I notice over 4 months of tracking them that they always offer a "sale" or discounts for a quick order to pressure us. There is no sale. This is always their price.
I give a couple of stars because they did answer all my emails but refused to take them back as they weren't damaged, despite not being as advertised.

No Live Help, only Bots

I ordered a beautiful duffle bag as a surprise for a relative. When it arrived at my relatives house, she thought it came in error, again it was a surprise. She sent it back. I still want her her to have it. I've tried explaining this to the company multiple times. The first response seemed like an appropriate answer, when I emailed them back, I quickly realized I was communicating with a bot. Every response is automated. I am so annoyed, I don't know what to do. I'm sure now that I've lost my money, and we'll never get our item. This is most unfortunate, and we'll spread the word to not use this company.

Very disappointed

I had to wait 6 weeks for my laundry basket. No updates from the company until it was delivered. The description says “quilted laundry basket “. I ordered a large and it’s more of a laundry HAMPER . And there’s NO quilting…just a cheesy sort of fabric with PICTURES of a quilted item. I’m hoping to get a refund and just emailed the company (apparently in China)….we shall see. Not at all what I was expecting and definitely not as advertised.
