I've been very pleased with my domain and email hosting through this provider. The customer service from Neil and the team has been responsive and helpful when I've had questions. Email delivery has been reliable and I haven't experienced any downtime. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for affordable and dependable hosting.

I had difficulties to reach them via the chat, but on we reached by email, I got perfect handling to my issue by Mirko, it was moving my domain name to another provider, however they handled it as needed with respectful communication.

I got coupon code to get free domain from Wizz Hosting and it was valid for 14 days. When I tried to register domain on 15th day, code was not working and I raised support ticket with Wizz. Mirko straight away created domain for me and update on ticket. Service was super fast and much appreciate effort. Thanks Mirko.

Very poor service, takes ages getting a support ticket reply and a lot of the time the support tickets get closed without a reply.

Wizz Hosting offered a "6 months free" deal, but the experience was anything but free of headaches. Their pricing lacked clarity on VAT inclusion, making the advertised cost misleading. After paying upfront, we found the SiteBuilder function unusable, and the WordPress integration was clunky and impractical. We had to hire a website developer, only to discover Wizz Hosting blocked IP ranges without notice, preventing us from uploading the site. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, we received no response. Ultimately, we had to recover our fees through our credit card company. Wizz Hosting then sent a hostile email, threatening to delete our domain, even though we had already moved to SiteGround, a far superior provider. Avoid Wizz Hosting at all costs; this has been an awful experience. Choose any other service provider.

The worst domain provider I've ever seen. Brought a domain. Its been three days and still pending transfer. Opened two complain tickets but no response. Avoid using their services
