I won £10,500 and they kept on rejecting my documents. And then when it did verify. They would only allow me to withdraw £500 a day and withdrawal button would disappear after one withdrawal. Each withdrawal costs £2.50.

When the support finally replied after 6 days they told me that I can withdraw £5000 and it’s been days I still can’t. Also, if I do want to withdraw all then I need to go the notary and get my documents certified and then I can take my own money back. This has been 2 weeks now I still haven’t received my money back and only managed to withdraw 2000 by doing £500 at a time.

I made an account in May 22 wasn’t asked for documents at the time until I won some money. Then the fun began- constantly rejected VALID documents, asked for unreasonable things for example Apple ID address etc… eventually weeks later after complaining to the useless support team my account was verified apparently… well 20 times Iv attempted to withdraw my winnings and every single time it bounces back with an email saying your withdraw failed - CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS NEVER GIVEN ME A REASON WHY AFTER 50 EMAILS SENT . They either ignore me or they reply with something irrelevant! They are hoping I will spend the winnings but nope I’m too stubborn 😀 I have involved Ecogro (do it if your having same issues, they need to be stopped) I have sent all my proof of emails etc Over to an adjudicator and there’s no way I won’t win my case as I mean I honestly haven’t ever had a reason why they are withholding my funds which is of course illegal. So avoid because you will have the same issues if you ever actually win. They know most people would spend it unfortunately

I won a decent chunk of money and then immediately worried as I'd never actually heard of the company. I done my research and came across the negative reviews and difficulty withdrawing. My heart sank, I proceeded anyhow. I uploaded all my documents and 2 out of the 3 were quickly approved. To my horror one was rejected, I thought I was going down a similar path to so many others that have left reviews...the utility bill I uploaded was from a small internet provider, so thought this may be the cause. I then provided my mobile phone bill from a large operator and 24 hours later my account was approved!! I was overjoyed, however still apprehensive as the withdrawal was still pending. Another 24 hours later and the withdrawal was approved and I was advised it'd be in my account within 72 hours...to my surprise it was immediately available in my account!!! Extremely happy and cannot recommend Wizard Slot's enough. Most of the time people will only leave a review after a negative experience, but after reading the reviews to begin with and having the fear and worry I did, I wanted to share my experience and hopefully alleviate others concerns.

My only feedback to Wizard Slot's would be to update the sites navigation to improve the CX, otherwise, keep doing what you're doing.

I have been using this site since 2018 and never had a problem. A downside is they do ask for more documents to be validated than other sites - but they also offer more ways to deposit over other sites. Withdrawal process takes a little longer but that is stated in their terms and conditions. I’ve also always received emails back from the support team. Positive is that there are a great selection of games and high pay-outs. As always your luck is in IF your luck is in.

Don’t be put off by some of the negative comments on here - just remember to be patient. If the site is not for you, then there are plenty of other options online.

Same boat guys, 7.5k in my withdrawal balance and not letting withdraw, I do have all my verifications green ticked but still waiting, I will say though they will every 3 months ask for proof again on address but I always get my cash eventually.

AWFUL SERVICE !!!! Keep cancelling my documentation won’t pay out my £200 withdrawal. I have sent all the relevant documentation I am currently escalating all of my troubles with a small claims lawyer to try and prosecute them.

The slots pay out decent but the verification seems purposefully hard. I've uploaded my driver's license 20 times, it never gets accepted. Emails ignored. It could be very straight forward but it isn't. I'm currently waiting on 180 withdrawal. Will update with 5 stars if it gets sorted!

Absolute mess of a site, happy to take your money but withdrawal is a different story. Can't find anywhere to withdraw, click on wallet or bank and the only option you see is to deposit. Can't go back, you have to close the app and re-open it instead. If you change the orientation on your phone, the game quits. Can't see accurate game history, got cut off from a game mid-feature as I hit a good win and was never able to go back and finish that feature, game does not show in history. I really don't know how they are allowed to operate with an app this poor. Got £200 stuck in their that I can't withdraw. Will never play this scam site again. Stay clear.

Unbelievable , I don’t know how they manage but it appears they are legit . They obviously use the loop holes in the system to stay that way because they are complete scammers . They have no problem thanking your money but you can’t withdraw . Absolutely rubbish for the system and regulators

Same experience as everyone else, They are happy to take as many deposits a you like but the minute you want to withdraw they make near on impossible. They want a silly amount of documents and reject any documents you send, Casinos pike this need to be stopped as it can be infuriating and lead to gambling problems. I am contacting parliament to try to get the rules changed to make it fairer for the punter, maybe no casino should accept deposits without verifying first considering they wont allow withdrawals without. Something has to change because these casinos are crooks

Absolutely terrible gaming site no problem depositing but ohh if I want my £200 Winnings I have to jump through hoops with id which I know is correct but keeps being unverified now I can’t withdraw it says contact support what bloody support?? ***update after 2 weeks of constant emails and id sent with every email threat of small claims court this morning I got my Winnings finally but with an email saying I’m basically banned from all jumpman sites boohoo 😭 NOT I sent them an email back and said thank god so I will never have to deal with a company like this again!***
Be persistent but not rude in your emails keep logging in as inactivity on your account after a certain time they can take your balance! And keep on repeatedly sending the same id over and over again tbh I think they paid me because they were sick of the emails 😂

Absolute scammers. Had over £280 in cash to withdraw. That's all I can say then the nightmare starts. It let me "process" the withdrawal pending Id upload which never got acknowledged over three weeks ago...then they moved the money back in to the payable balance and then it's impossible only just to make deposits of course... But no way can you withdraw your money . No contact number to call.. six emails all unanswered never mind the "3 days reply" I lost a few hundred quid to this horrendous site and would never recommend it STAY AWAY the whole site is a scam. I found out far too late

This website has no other contact details apart from an email address and they are slow at responding or just don't bother.
They take forever to verify your ID and as other reviews have said sometimes they never get round to it, by which time of course you have played all your winnings.

After coming across this website online I thought I would give it a try. Deposited £30 rejected all bonuses as you have to wager them a ridiculous amount of times before being eligible to withdraw and to my delight I won £180. When I went to withdraw that is when the nightmare started....They now ask for excessive amounts of I'd to verify account (6 different bits in total) before I can withdraw. After repeatedly sending in what they asked for they constantly reject every bit with a generic email with no explanation why? There is also no live chat or phone number to speak to anyone. You send the I'd they reject it with a generic email you send it in again as they have asked it takes another day for them to get back to you and reject it again. This has repeated for a week now and they still won't let me withdraw or accept anything I send (passport that's in date, cou ntess utility bills,screenshot of bank details and PayPal, photos of bank cards used to deposit) nothing is good enough. I know sites have to verify as I play on a lot of them. Usually ask before you cam play and have never had an issue with my I'd until now. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A SITE....STAY AWAY. According to UK gambling commission 17.1.1 customer identity verification......1..licencsees must obtain and verify Information in order to establish the identity of a customer before that customer is permitted to gamble 2. A request made by a customer to withdraw money from their account must not result in a requirement for extra information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal. Why are we only being asked for this information/documents when we wish to withdraw. It seems a bit suspect and bad practice.

Absolute scammers. Sent through about 10 forms of id, passport , drivers license, mortgage statement, and still nothing. Complained to the gambling commissioner and not sure what else to do:( has anyone managed to ever withdraw their money? I have also opened a case with resolver. There’s no telephone number either.
