Was not up to standards

The patch still had a lining underneath, it was scratchy to feel and had so many loose ends that should have been cleaned up. This was a xmas present with a cute idea but the execution was lacking.

Hi Kat!

I popped you an email right after you left this review yesterday to offer a solution but I've not had a response yet.

The lining on the reverse of the embroidery is cut away stabiliser. Most dense embroidery designs need this especially the charmander design that you chose. We cut carefully around the edges of the embroidery to remove as much as possible as we can't rip this completely off as the thread will loosen and fray. I can promise that a lot of love and time goes into each and every stitch.

Hi Kevin,

I contacted you immediately after I received your review as I had no prior contact from you about this issue. I've emailed 3 times with no response. I've looked into this and as explained in my emails I can see your order has gotten lost in transit. I attached proof of postage to my emails that this was dispatched on the 30th of August well within my 14 day turnaround time and should have been delivered within the 3-5 day timeframe given by Royal Mail. Unfortunately parcels can go missing and this is completely out of my control. I would have been more than happy to send out a replacement but as I had no contact from you I refunded your order in full. Please don't hesitate to reach out before leaving a negative review as this can be extremely damaging for small businesses and I'm always here to resolve any issue you may have.

Very happy customer!

Have made two purchases now and so pleased with both! Also received a free personalised keyring with my last order which I thought was a lovely touch!

The packaging and the little extras are amazing! I’ll definitely be a loyal customer now :)
