Very bad service which discriminates people by nation. I have a Russian passport but live in EU with a residence permit, what means that the goverment allows me to live here legally. This guy's said that they can't open me an account because I'm a Russian citizen. Sorry, that I didn't choose where to born and can't change my passport so quick. I didn't do anything illegal and even helped my Ukranian friends. Shame on you, wittix.

Great onboarding experience. Fast and reliable communication! For those who are about unexpected "high" prices, it is pointed out before you submit an application and your onboarding manager will point it out several times during the process, so I don't see any place for excuses.

Amazing and personal service. Incoming and outgoing payments are handled quickly and professionally.

Don't waste your time with these people. 99 Euro monthly fee?? What if I didn't get paid that month? Useless fees. And Their customer support is disrespectful. I asked why you charge a monthly fee and the customer support answer is: it's a monthly fee. lol. Are you a joke? Also, their application process is sucks. asking for so many details to approve my account. Who are you wittix? Don't use this website. Go to stripe or other platforms.

I want to leave a review about the company Wittix, UAB. I have been using the services for half a year now, I work with high turnover, I am very satisfied, support responds instantly, money comes quickly, very convenient interface. If it seems to you that the prices are too expensive, then it's worth it, if you want your business to have no disruptions with payments.

Signed up with the crooks at Wittix.com, verified my account and my account was instantly blocked. On contacting them, they said users from my country are not allowed to register. Okay, if users from my country are not allowed to use your service, remove our country from the list of countries you provide services to. Don't claim your service is available worldwide and selectively waste people's time. Folks do yourself a favor and don't signup nor waste your time with these clowns. They are location biased and will let you sign up, send them your ID and pictures before blocking your account and telling you that you are not allowed to register from your location.

Update to your reply: Crooked and useless fintech companies like yours treat clients however you deem fit. How difficult is it for you to understand? EU/EEA countries are just 30. Why not have only those 30 countries on your registration form? Why allow someone register, send you his/her ID, finish all verification and you come back to let them know they cannot have an account on Wittix? That makes you a dubious, crooked and scammy organization. Correct it!

Update 2: Wittix flagged my review as having harmful or illegal content. There is nothing harmful or illegal about my review other than the truth. As long as they do not limit the countries they have in their registration form to just the EEA countries they serve, then my review is valid. They let me register and then invalidate my account after submitting all my personal documents and home address to them.
