Witrigs is not what I call reputable.

I bought a screen replacement for a phone I've had for years but I cracked the screen. So despite being skeptical I purchased one from wintrigs and I received it but the touch didn't work, it lit up but didn't respond to touch. I messaged them listing the issue and they said it was my flex cable ( mind you the old screen worked it was just cracked ) I was sure it wasn't but going back and forth with witrigs blaming my equipment not the possibility of me getting a bad screen. So I bought a new flex cable for 20$ off e bay it came yesterday so I tried it and still no touch response. So now I'm 80$ into the screen and another 20$ into a flex cable and they made me tear the phone all the way down to take pictures of the cabling and what not. So I contact them again saying same thing no touch. Well they're like you need to pay to ship it back and we test it and determine what should be done. Ok there's another 15$ to 20$ to ship it back so now I'm 125$ into this screen all from my pocket. They have totally dodged any accountability to the possibility of this being a faulty screen so that hinders my trust of them giving me a fair diagnosis on this faulty screen. This is a phone I've been skeptical on repairing because of a situation like this or ordering off Alibaba or AliExpress because of this whole thing if there's a problem you are exposed to getting the short end of the stick. I find it pretty crazy how they are not helpful on the situation they lay everything on the customer including the blame saying you're equipment is faulty. Now I have to ship it out to them wait weeks to get a probably to they're benefit diagnosis. And most likely have to pay to ship it back to me. The reason why I am saying this is because they instantly blamed it on my equipment and i proved it was they're faulty screen with receipts of purchase and everything. You'd think they would be a little more helpful like maybe take into consideration they shipped a faulty screen but they didn't I had to prove it. I don't but I won't buy anything from them again and I'll prob just eat the 100$ and toss that screen in the trash and put the phone in the drawer and forget about it. Use ifixit or a reputable company don't trust these guys they'll just blame everything on you.

Bad quality and long shipping

The battery and charging port seem to be of decent quality so far, though more time is needed for a full assessment. However, the back cover is a major disappointment. Despite being labeled as OEM and having a price similar to competitors who likely offer better quality, it feels much cheaper and is clearly made of a different material than the original glass. Most importantly, it lacks the internal mounting points for the camera module. My technician had to use extra glue, but the camera island still won't stay flush and keeps lifting; only the phone case is keeping it in place.
It took them 5 days just to dispatch the item, and the delivery took much longer than promised, even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. Not recommended if you want genuine factory quality.

I ordered a OnePlus 9 pro screen

I ordered a OnePlus 9 pro screen, back cover, and battery. Afterwards I discovered all of the negative reviews on this site and I'm not gonna lie, it scared me deeply! However, once I received a tracking number about 3 days after initially ordering, everything went smoothly and it took a total of 17 days to reach me in Indiana from the time I ordered. To say that I am satisfied with my purchase would be a gross understatement. The quality exceeded my expectations by far. The screen appears to be OEM as described and looks pretty much brand new. The back cover on the other hand is clearly not OEM but nonetheless I am still satisfied with the quality and overall look of it. If someone out there reading this is thinking about purchasing from witrigs, GO FOR IT! Don't let those negative reviews deter you and you won't be disappointed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

You can't return any defective product…

You can't return any defective product you buy (every product will have something defective that you will discover later). They will keep stalling. It's a Chinese shit hole

Hello, the middle frames you purchased are all normal. The defect you mentioned is a problem with the buttons on the middle frame. This is because you haven't installed the middle frame onto the phone yet. Once you install it onto the phone, it will connect with the button flex cable and work normally. You said you wanted a refund, and we are willing to give you a refund, but we need you to provide pictures of the product. You have been unwilling to provide them. Without evidence, we cannot process a refund. You have records of the entire after-sales process, which you can review.

Careful with the shipping and arrival…

Careful with the shipping and arrival date. I ordered a battery for a cell phone and it said it would arrive on Jan 6. That's the reason I ordered from them because I have to take the battery to Cuba on Jan 12 so now it will not arrive on time claiming that customs on batteries are very strict. Well once the battery comes it is worthless to me . So be aware of lies from the company. Customer service is no help either .

TLDR Great service 10/10 recommended

I bought a samsung galaxy A73 5g OEM replacement screen on witrigs for 69$ plus 7$ shipping. I received it in Mauritius about 2 weeks later, it was shipped from Singapore by regular mail. They included tools(multiple prying tools, 4 different screwdrivers, a suction cup and a pair of tweezers) and also a tube of b-7000 glue all of that free of charge! Within 2 hours i was able to fix my phone with no prior experience on fixing smartphones. The only extra tool i needed was my mothers hairdryer to loosen the glue on my phone. Great site would definitely recommend.

Do not do it

ordered a fingerprint reader from Google Pixel 7, sent the box to the wrong address by sender's fault. Later took a month to "Confirm with overseas warehouse," then claimed that they sent an email that they never did and refused to offer a refund. Be careful when talking to them

1. The item you purchased on September 18th was processed by us next Friday and shipped after the weekend. The shipping time is not one month. Our order tracking system has a complete backup, which you can view at any time.

2. We have no authority to change the address you entered when placing the order. Any changes will be confirmed with you by Shopify via email. You can contact Shopify for verification. We have no reason to change your order address, as this would prevent us from completing the order, which is clearly unreasonable.

3. We did send you an email via Gmail regarding an incorrect address. We have a record of this email, which you can also view. If you have any questions, we can retrieve the email archive for your review. The above is entirely true.

4. You did not reply to our email within seven days of it being sent, and the logistics company has destroyed the goods. We deeply regret that you only contacted us on November 24th, as a considerable amount of time has passed.

5. We have not refused a refund. We always adhere to the division of responsibilities stipulated in our consumer agreement, and we hope you understand and accept this.

If this is our responsibility, Witrigs will handle it properly. We will never shirk any responsibility. We hope everything can be resolved fairly and justly. Thank you.

Very Good Experience

Hello. Just let me talk about my experience with Witrigs. I have a Realme GT Neo 2, so I contacted Realme Europe to ask about an OE battery. They recommended three partners. After looking at all of them, I chose Witrigs.

First, I talk to them via their built-in chat. The guy was very helpful, and I ordered the battery from them. I live in Romania. The price was 17.40$, shipping included, so very cheap. I received the item faster than I expected, 10 days, if I remember correctly. I installed it in a service center and everything works fine at the moment. After a few days, I remembered that I needed a commercial invoice for my company, contacted the support again, and they gave it to me right away.

So my experience with Witrigs was exceptional, and I will buy two more batteries for my Honor and Xiaomi phones. I really recommend them.

10/10 from me.

I paid for my order and shipping after 2 months they claimed my refund was processed but it wasn't reflecting on my account. They are scammers.
I ordered on June 2025 now August 2025. Still nothing

Don't mind the positive review might not be from actual customers.

July 1st, a system refund confirmation email was sent to your inbox.

July 4th, Shopify deducted the battery payment from my bank card.

August 15th, you requested a refund for the remaining product costs, which we agreed to.

August 15th, after we issued the refund, the system sent you a refund email.

August 22nd, Shopify deducted the entire order amount from our bank card.

From refunding the battery cost separately to refunding the entire order, we processed your refund locally. The South African bank refund process is lengthy, and we regret that. We did not cheat you out of your money.
