Obnoxious security woman.

The show was great and the actors were first class and I would 100% recommend going to see it. The staff for the show itself were all very polite and helpful. I have just read the previous review, by "Swan" and I believe I encountered the same member of security. I have made a formal complaint to City Hall about their member of security staff and gave them a full description but they appear to have no interest. Obviously they condone their staff behaving in such an obnoxious manner towards paying customers. UPDATE- 6 months later and no response from them. Obviously they condone their staff behaving in such an obnoxious manner !

Good show, poor staff member.

From a perspective of the show and the performance, some of the acting performances were exceptional, I was thoroughly invested in the storyline and the script was engaging throughout. I felt the end was slightly poor and almost predictable which was slightly disappointing but the production was excellent and the use of the space was well thought out. I would definitely be interested in seeing a new script in the future and feel that with a few more years, the production and performance will be exceptional.

My only direct gripe with the experience was an annoying lady that was safeguarding the steps of the venue like her life depended on it. Literally stopped to pull my phone out and was told to not loiter. Moved to the side to and sat down only to be followed by this woman, telling me sitting wasn’t allowed and it was private road, if I didn’t like it and said anything further the insinuation was I wouldn’t be allowed in and I had to take myself away from the situation. Thankfully she is a moron and didn’t ruin the experience despite her trying but she clearly should not be in her job and should someone from management wish to contact me about the matter I would be happy to pass on details.

Overall, whilst expensive, is an immersive and interesting experience for anyone with an interest in crime. Show 4 stars, experience 3 stars.

This is an update to the review I left…

This is an update to the review I left a few days ago. A communication had finally been received after 6 days! The 'gift package' sent to my son was an email to 'Dear John' - I have no idea who John is, but my son is not called John. The message that I had written to accompany the gift is just wording in italics. It doesn't say anything about it being a gift, or what it is. It just says how to redeem. Honestly the incompetence of this company is unbelievable. You can't call as there's no number and they don't put a name to the email - probably because they are too embarrassed at their own incompetence. If you are booking tickets for this show (or any event) do not use KX TICKETS - you have been warned.

Scammers

They advertise 'no booking fees' but then when you finally get to the payment, they claim that free eticket delivery is 'not available for your ticket' and you have to pay another £1.75 per ticket.

The whole booking process sucks. Why do I have do register an account just to buy a ticket ? I can assume that they are going to sell my data.
