Do not trust this company. They collected my ID for LinkedIn verification, but LinkedIn claimed they never received it from them. When I tried to reach out to Persona for clarification, I received no response. I strongly advise against using this company or submitting any personal IDs through their platform.

This company collects far more personal data then it would require to do its job (in case of Linkedin).
@Everyone: contact your national Privacy watchdog and file a formal complaint against Persona and Linkedin.

Garbage AI that verifies identity, I cut my hairs and the AI is not matching me with my VISA or Passport or Driving License, or even EAD.

I am trying to login to my Reddit account. Keep in mind I have NEVER had to prove my age to login to Reddit. Quite clear somebody is making money here. Is it redditors absolutely not. Is it the company possibly. Is it persona absolutely! Making money off redditors. If I have to do this tell Reddit I’m done after three years.

Persona id verification never works. Such was the case on windows desktop, laptop, old smartphone, new smartphone. Persona is prescribed by linkedin, which also says that linkedin is a very stupid company. otherwise it had never chosen Persona to verify.

Who would ever want to work at a company like this?

POS company with zero transparency or accountability, and POS user interface that doesn’t work. I shouldn’t have to give my government ID to anyone who isn’t a government official, and if I do the platform better work. Can’t verify selfies and can’t verify ID, so what’s the point if not to harvest biometrics and personal data for further use?

Absolute unusable dogshit, it keeps arbitrarily saying that my ID isn’t clear enough or the details aren’t clear enough even when I have taken a damn near perfect picture. This needs to be taken off of the internet completely.

Tells me there are multiple faces in my frame when there's only me, and the it tells me to move closer to the camera, and nothing happens. It's useless. Site owners DON'T USE THIS AGE VERIFICATION SCAM.

Useless age verification. Doesn't work. Tried with the curtains open in the daylight. Tried the curtains closed in the daylight. Tried with the light on at night. Tried extreme close-up. Tried at a bit of a distance. No matter what you try, it fails to verify the obvious, as it doesn't work. It just repeatedly says "Make sure your face is visible and well lit" when it already is.

Had to try more than 20 times just to upload a single request. Terrible experience, this shouldn't be used.
