It's absolutely amazing and I don't say that lightly. I tried this after giving up the pill to see if I can have painless periods without side effects and I finally do. After years and years of horrible periods, I am finally able to embrace them and feel like a normal person. It's my 3rd month taking it. Absolute fav suppliments!

I had high hopes but sadly I’m now on month 4 of taking these daily and there has been no improvement to my symptoms. I still get woken in the night by dreadful period pains, and there has been no improvement to pre period symptoms or during my period itself. I still heavily rely on painkillers to manage. A shame.

I normally try to adapt to certain things, but the flavor of this supplement is too strong. My partner even complains about the smell it leaves in a room. I tried mixed it with other things to ease it, but it just doesn't work for me. I've been drinking it for a month or two and also it couldn't ease my menstrual pain... So I'm still unsure about it. I'll wait for new softer flavors to try it again...

So far I am so happy with this product. I've waited about a month before leaving a review because I thought it was too good to be true! I noticed a difference within a week of taking it. Usually during my ovulation I would have cramps, bloating and just feeling generally unwell, this would last for at least a week and i would have to take pain relief. Come my period I would probably take 10/12 ibuprofen in 2 days for the pain. It would leave me feeling totally drained. But this month has been so much better, i only had a few cramps during my ovulation, didn't need any pain relief and no bloating. During this period i only took 4 ibuprofen and i definitely don't feel as drained. I was becoming quite down because I would have maybe one or two weeks in the month when i felt normal. I'd been to the doctors, had a scan etc and everything came back as fine. I'm so glad I came across this and took the plunge. Can't wait to see what the next few months bring

Tasted really bad and made my lips burn. Forgot to cancel the subscription so a huge waste of money. Great idea though, would be more interested if it came in capsule form.

Product doesn't work and the subscription service doesn't warn you or give you a chance to amend before taking next payment.

I love waking up to a nice beverage and this hormonal health drink has become my new favourite. Didn’t think I would continue using it for this long because I get bored of routines very quickly but it’s been a few months and I don’t think I’m stopping anytime soon. I like how my mood and stomach feel when I’m taking it. I used to forget carrying it on travels and would feel the difference in 2 days. I don’t know fully understand what they’ve put in it but I approve.

My only feedback would be to make travel packs 😭

I have discovered Monthlies through a friend and have been trying it for a month now. I have always been struggling with menstrual pain, what a relief it was to find such a natural supplement! I could already feel improvements in terms of energy levels and cramps during my first cycle, so I’ll definitely keep taking it.

Before using Monthlies, my period was very painful and I couldn’t move during the first days. After two months of using monthlies, the pain has reduced noticeably and is now mostly limited to the first day. My energy levels are much higher, less mood swings, and I can keep up with my daily routine and even do more sports during the luteal phase.

This product has been a game changer! My period pain and cramps have reduced significantly and my energy levels have definitely improved. It takes a month for the product to start working but after, there's no turning back! Absolutely recommend it.

I can't quite believe I'm able to say this... But I've been taking these supplements for about 3 weeks and I've just had a period with zero pain!!! Something I've never experienced before! I would usually have at least two days of awful pain and would have to take codeine for it. I've tried many other supplements before that haven't changed anything, these were a last resort and I'm so happy I tried them! I also get premenstrual migraines sometimes and haven't had that this time either, nor anywhere near as bad PMS.
Only down side is the taste, I hate it! But I've stuck with it and just chug it down fast. I'd love it if they could provide those two supplements as capsules, then the drink for the rest of the great ingredients in it, because the initial tropical taste is really nice before the ginger and turmeric hit you!
I'll be recommending monthlies to everyone.

This product has made me believe that I can live a normal life on my periods.

As someone who’s suffered from PCOS and crazy bad period pains since as long as I can remember, I really had accepted it my fate. That was until I tried this supplement.

Now, it’s important to mention that this is not a magic potion and I have not been cured. But I do feel so much better with my periods now. My cramps don’t start and take over my life a week before my body periods, I don’t feel completely useless and tired, my mood feels balanced, and I am able to go on with my plans. Another good thing is that I started seeing small little improvements early on so it encouraged me to continue using it.

I‘m using Monthlies for half a year now. At the beginning there were small improvements during my period, but now after using Monthlies consistently over time, things have really changed. I don’t need any painkillers anymore and feel much more fit during my period. In the past my immune system was very low when I had my period and I got ill easily. Since I take Monthlies this has changed completely. I‘m really happy that I discovered the product and can only recommend it.
