Am in the UK, ordered a top for my girlfriend. They took the payment (£75) then apparently never sent the item. The tracking info showed that it was (and still is) waiting to be sent. I tried emailing back to chase up, but received no response. I then tried messaging them on Instagram, and received one response saying they would look into it, but then received no responses after that, my messages were left on seen/unread.
