My entire experience can be centered on the RSVP and guest list features the website/app brings to events planning. The website was simple but classy and has people talking a lot about. Even when I had an issue A live agent was there to assist. I'm deeply I'm love with joy

I have made a beautiful website on Joy and its been the best experience to show all my friends and family our story and detail for our special day. I highly recommend

Easy to use,
Sometimes getting confused with all the extras. Would be nice to be able to remove some of them if they aren't required. But fantastic service. Our guests are super impressed with out invites!!

Was able to attend as a 99 year old grandpa and 90 year old grandpa.

I love that there's so many templates we can choose from. There's something for everyone. We were able to customize it with our own personal touch- adding pictures to the gallery, tidbits and of course important information were really accessible for the guest.

I love that it's also convenient to export everything to an excel sheet for an overall view. Made our RSVP process a lot smoother and I will miss the days of using this for my big day!

I found it easy to use and straightforward. I appreciated that the website was purpose built around the RSVP experience. My primary reasons for not giving it 5/5 is that I found it easier to use Joy on my laptop web browser than use the app to create and update my website. I found that the UI was not fully optimized for my iPhone screen. I found that the keyboard would often block/hide important things I need to see (like what I just typed) or buttons. I also which I could nest/layer more questions. For example we asked tons of questions because we are doing a camping wedding at a retreat and needed information about who would be staying onsite, who would need/want breakfast provided for them. The way the questions were layered was yes or no to attending. If yes, ask question about staying onsite or getting own accommodations. I wish that I could add a 3rd layer that if they answered to stay onsite, then I’d ask the breakfast question. With the current features of the RSVP I had to ask everyone who answered yes to attending the wedding about breakfast. I could have done more layering if the original question was not tied to the attendance question however that would mean that everyone, regardless of attending the wedding, would answer the breakfast question.

It is not user friendly at all. I hate that it opens multiple tabs, i don't like that the RSVP is outside the main website, and everything is just confusing. It is truly one of the last friendly websites I know, I wish I had done a bit more research before committing to it for my wedding.

I really like this website, however, creating a plus one on your RSVPs is very challenging

Overall a helpful and comprehensive service for wedding planning. The registry worked smoothly, and we liked the website builder (though it could use some more customizability in an ideal world).
A few pieces of feedback: it would have been a big help to be able to more easily filter by people who RSVP'd YES without having to make a tag for it, especially when selecting people for sending communications. Alternatively, I'd find it very helpful to be able to "archive" guests who said no so they aren't always visible in the guest list even months after they said they can't come.
It's also challenging trying to email individual members of a family - we sent email where we selected only 2 members of a group to receive copies, but the email automatically wrote in the names of everyone in the group in the opening line, including those the email wasn't sent to. It would be nice to have more specific control of how this works.

Easy to manage, love the rsvp section and the ability to customize every element in the website

Joy was great to use, especially since I was inviting a few friends from around the world. I loved crafting the website and adding in all the details that will help with getting around. My friends also commented that the wedding website was so beautiful and helpful! Some struggles with the design and adding photos aspect but it is quite secondary to the main function of it. Overall, I would definitely recommend using Joy as your wedding website.

Loved using Joy and made wedding planning easier!

There are certainly many moving pieces to planning a wedding and I truly feel if it weren't for this site, I would be without joy (lol) To see who has rsvp'd and who hasn't at a quick glance has been huge. This site is easy to navigate I will recommend this to anyone planning their events and or weddings.

Brilliant way to collate RSVPs and share information with guests

I liked the website/rsvp tools, however there were alot of automatic features that played in that were a bit annoying. Like guests would get emails I didn't know about. Would be nice to have a page that shows what is coming up or get the change to approve messages before sent. Same with certain features on website, often things would be included without me approving like car hire on my transport page. Otherwise lovely app/website and very helpful.

Such an excellent website. Absolutely free and so convenient. Used it for my wedding invitations, made RSVP so easy and trackable, amazing templates and designs! All my guests have been complementing the invitation. I also used it after being invited previously and was taken away by the invitation design! Will be using it again and again!
