They will only issue a credit code that expires, and not honor it after that date. They will steal your money and it's not worth it. They run their business like a scam.

Awful awful awful - don’t buy as they don’t allow refunds, only credit notes - which is theft as far as I’m concerned!
I was honoured a refund by customer service by email so I returned over $1000 worth of items as the quality WAS SO POOR, after they received my return they refused to refund & only offered a credit note so now I have to purchase more poor quality clothes as I have no choice - they STEAL your hard earned money. They promise refunds & then lie! This company will go out of business if they carry on like this, so save your money & don't shop with them.
On top of it all they stopped replying to my emails & I also had to pay $100’s in customs fees! Which I’ll have to pay again on my ‘credit note’ purchases that I should have been refunded for..
Disgraceful company, beware!

I'm in the UK, they claim that shipping is free (apart from duty/VAT) however DHL then charge you a large admin fee on top of the VAT, dressing it up to make it look like it's a tax.

The poorest quality. I can’t believe they charge so much for such low quality fabrics. My order came in the mail today and it smelled like plastic. Plus, they are rude and condescending when replying to an email - and never helpful! On top of it all: it’s just not worth the taxes I payed for this one top! Completely disappointed and never buying from here again. I advise you to do the same.

Beware if you decide to return an item to them you have to pay for shipping back to them. Shipping from the US to Australia was about $70+ for a $120 top. Also if you use any kind of discount code they don’t allow returns or exchanges! The top I ordered was also not worth the price, it’s made out of cheap stiff material.

They use DHL services that charge exorbitant "operating expenses" for taxes.
I had to pay 120€ IN CUSTOMS for a 175€ dress. If they don't consider changing the shipping company or conditions... I won't be purchasing anything else from them.

Dont know why they have such great publicity on instagram etc, one of my packacges didnt arrive and it felt like they didnt even want to help, and it cost me $150 for a top, I expected it to be good service and for it to arrive?!..unacceptable

Wish I had found these reviews before I purchased from this company. I order regularly from Australia and this company are clearly intentionally placing extortionate charges on their shipping (which you are not notified of until after ordering). Never again! Charged me SIXTY POUNDS for shipping.

They refuse to provide me compensation (either monetary or in the form of clothing!) for the $179 (not including the exorbitant shipping and return fees) I paid to their company. Aka they are stealing from me.

On top of all of this, customer service is rude and unprofessional. Calling your customers "lovely" or "honey" does not make up for the fact you are literally stealing from them.

I will absolutely never deal with this company again and will be reporting them to Australia's Better Business Bureau.

Don't buy if you are an international customer ! They may state that they ship worldwide, but they actually use DHL services whereas it is very well known that DHL charges exorbiting fake taxes.
In my case, I have to pay 35 euros in custom fees and TVA but I only ordered a top (which cost 56 euros). This order DOES NOT require paying taxes since it is UNDER the tax threshold in France (150 euros).
With Jéan states that they are not responsible for any added fees and taxes but when DHL is clearly fraudulous...
When I reached out to them they said that they couldn't be held responsible so they won't do anything.
Now my order is blocked in an airport and I can't do anything.
