We had an issue with a lamp not levitating correctly. Reached out to the customer support team and they requested a video of the issue. I recorded the video, sent it in and they are sending a replacement. Very thankful for the speedy relieved and solution provided by this team.

I reached out to the Havie support team b/c the Havie lamp that I had received as a birthday gift seemed to have a defective remote.
