I'm 1 month in. Tirzepatide. I really like the customer service aspect. Someone always responds. No problem with any of the products. I love the way everything is shipped and that it all comes together nearly in a kit. You get very nicely detailed instructions also. I use the app for pretty much everything. I've had a very favorable experience thus far since I started in July.
