THESE ARE THE ONLY LASHES I CAN APPLY

THESE ARE THE ONLY LASHES I CAN APPLY! I can't apply other lashes im terrible at them !! Witchy lashes are sooooo much easier to apply.
I have the magic box set and natural lashes set and a few from past collections. There are so many volumes to choose from and you can reuse them again and again and I found when I cut them that they still looked good. Other brands annoyed me when I cut them to fit my eye as they didnt look right.
I only use witchy lashes!! I have so many different products from here!

My wife ordered eye lashes for chemo…

My wife ordered eye lashes for chemo treatment. They seem to take your money but provide no product or response to any correspondence. We will be trying to shut this scam business via appropriate channels. Do not use this company

Glenn, I'm really sorry about your experience and I completely understand your frustration. Your wife was going through something incredibly difficult and we should have been faster and more communicative with her order.

I want to assure you that Witchy Lashes is a real, Australian-owned small business based in Sydney. Your wife's order was shipped via Australia Post with full tracking. I accept that the delay between ordering and dispatch was too long, and that our communication during that time wasn't good enough. That's on me.

I've made changes this year to how we handle orders and customer enquiries so that no one has to go through what your wife experienced. I genuinely wish her all the best with her treatment.

I order my lashes 2 weeks ago and have had no response from emails or social media requests asking if they have been sent. Terrible customer service.

Be Wary of Ordering From Witchy Lashes

I am posting this review on Witchy Lashes to advise you not to order from Witchy Lashes and warn you of their promises of amazing customer service as it is non-existent. 
I ordered 4 pair of eye lashes from Witchy Lashes as I was about to go into chemotherapy. After one week there was no shipping notification. I then emailed their customer service numerous times over 2 weeks and never received any response about the despatch of my order.  Also, there was no contact number provided on their website so you couldn't speak to a real person.
After no response in 2 weeks and with hair loss fast approaching, I decided to cut my losses and was thrilled to find Youthphoria and after a fantastic online chat with the owner Shirley, ordered lashes through them. Shirley has been amazingly helpful and kind and sent the lashes to me within days.
I still have not had a response from Witchy Lashes, but they did send the lashes to me out of the blue 3 weeks after ordering them which I returned straight away. I did get a refund via PayPal for the original purchase after stating my case but had to pay the $11.15 postage to send the lashes back to Witchy Lashes. I did request Witchy Lashes reimburse me for this but guess what, I haven't heard back from them, no shock there!
This has been absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, and I wanted to prevent anyone else going through it. As my experience with them was so amazing I can strongly recommend Youthphoria.

I'm so sorry. Reading this was genuinely hard because helping women going through treatment is something I care about deeply, and we completely let you down when you needed us most.

There's no excuse for not responding to your emails or for the delay in getting your order out. You deserved so much better, especially during such a difficult time. I'm glad you found lashes that worked for you and that you were looked after.

I do want to mention that we sent the lashes out to you as a gift, on top of your PayPal refund, because I wanted you to keep them as an apology. I'm sorry that the return postage wasn't covered as well, that should have been handled better on our end.

I've made significant changes to how we handle orders and communication this year. I should have made them sooner. Thank you for sharing your experience, it's feedback like this that pushes me to do better.

I genuinely wish you all the best with your treatment and recovery. If there's ever anything I can do, please don't hesitate to reach out to me personally.
