Waste of time & money

What is said as in stock online is not so. Only email communication is fine if it is done promptly and regularly but this is not the case. They add plastics sparkles to beeswax candles making them all toxic apparently they do this with all their candles. Don't let the snobbery fool you, if you get the same attitude another reviewer got, no reputable witchcraft place would do that. It's literally poisoning people. Maybe only a little but still why do this? Corporations poison us with pretty things enough. This is the honesty quality and customer service I've come to expect from most British businesses which is why I import wherever possible. Cannot recommend.
Update: when the candle arrived it looked like a preschool project, very loosely wrapped beeswax sheets with glitter haphazardly smeared about. The dangerously loose wrap would have unravelled and caused a fire if I had lit it. At least avoid their candles for safety reasons.

I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could. I made an order online and wasn’t happy with the items that arrived. I sent an email to the company and had the items sent back for an exchange, only to receive the exact same items back in as poor quality as before. It is almost as if they had not even bothered to listen to my concerns. I emailed them once again with my concerns and to try rectifying the issue, only to be met with a blunt and rude response saying that they are not willing to resolve the issue any longer, this is very alarming as I’ve spent my money on items I am truly unhappy with and I’m now stuck with them. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and the poorest quality of items I’ve ever bought. I will most definitely not be ordering from them again. Not to mention their website looks like it was made by a 12 year old in 2001.
