Very much worth the wait to receive the vehicle mats. They are high quality and beautifully stitched, fitting my truck perfectly.

Received my mats on a Sunday and immediately noticed the quality in the product. The stitching and Mercedes Benz embroidery really added an extra flair and was very impressive.

I was very pleased with the timely delivery of the floor mats, the quality is very good and the custom cuts were a prefect fit. I had no problems installing them and they are a great addition to my vehicle which will also protect the original carpeting. A must for any new car.

This company have been avoiding me as I have asked to change my mats as I am not happy with them and they said they can't if they are not defective and have appeared completely different as showing on website which is fraud and illegal. I have contacted customer service and still waiting

I ordered full mats for my car, including trunk.
They emailed asking how many seats my Q7 was almost instantly, I told them it was 7 but don't use 6 and 7 so want a full trunk.

The mats arrived and looks amazing, really make the car look more expensive and good quality!

They unfortunately don't do a full trunk mat, but sent the 7 seat mats to me, this was not good for my use unfortunately, but they said I can keep them and gave me a partial refund for the trunk.

Overall would get these mats again for another car.

Witamats crafts beautiful and luxurious car mats; that have exceeded every expectation I've had. The material is quality, gorgeous, and easy to clean; overall incredibly pleased with the product itself. Witamats customer service is also matching to the quality of their product. Every interaction I've had was satisfied quickly and provided real concise answers that were informative and helpful. Now I feel obligated to buy the matching trunk mat; not just because I want it, but I like supporting companies who care and Witamats has been excellent.

Like me, I'm sure you've seen really positive reviews for these custom car mats - Please let me enlighten you a little …..

I placed my order and paid on 10th December 2024 for 2 mats (double layer) plus a boot liner mat.

After several chasing e-mails, I finally received my order on 18th Feb and the mats were totally different to what they advertised online - absolutely no protection on the door sills (anyone who actually owns an Emira will know how vulnerable this area is to dirt & entry-exit damage)
They finally responded, saying that they don't have a 100% 3D scan of the RHD Emira, so this incomplete version is what they've worked on to date … a scan from a nameless UK driver who didn't want the door sill protection ???

They then offered me $50 refund as a goodwill gesture and promised a free replacement set once they have a correct scan.

I've invited them to contact Lotus directly (heard nothing back) but then they came back and asked me to do the scan !!!
Frankly by this point I've had enough so I asked for a 100% refund.

Guess what happens next - Witamats starts to be evasive and although I've offered them every opportunity to correct the error (and they have acknowledged by email that it is their error) as at 26.03.25, I decided to start posting reviews so that hopefully, nobody else gets caught up in this mess.
Please also bear in mind that despite my requests for them to change - their website is still offering RHD mats for the Lotus Emira even though they are 100% aware they don't have the correct info to be able to supply them as advertised.

I want to be fair - The incorrect mats that I did receive are of a really good quality, but when you are ordering customised mats to fit your car … you'd expect them to fit properly ?

Today (27.03.25) they send me an update through Messenger ….

1.The $50 refund was blocked by the finance department because they believe the mats you received are already good enough—the only issue is the uncovered sills. Sending you a new set should fully address your concern.

We can control the production timeline, but when we’ll receive the new 3D scan file is out of our hands. Once we get it, we’ll make a new set for you right away and ship it with a faster delivery option. 🚗✨

2. Not everyone wants the sills covered—some find it too fussy. For the right-hand drive Lotus Emira 2023, we’ve produced over 20 sets, and so far, no other customers have raised this issue. If we receive significant feedback, we’ll make sure to clarify this before shipping”

So it now appears that their finance department are the ones to decide what is acceptable or not … regardless of the fact that the product is advertised and sold as having protection for the door sills.
….. I’ve already had messages from some of the 20 purchasers stating they weren’t happy with the mats either.
As for the “being too fussy” comment … it just shows a total lack of respect for customers investing in their products.
If you have a RHD Lotus Emira, please be aware or you could be victim number 21 !!

Trusted Manufacturer with very good database of car's interior, I was pleasantly surprised by how accurate the measurement was done and how comprehensive the floor of my car was covered up. The velcro type material underneath the mats also helped to make it more perfect fit.
International delivery is also mazing fast

I don't normally do reviews but in this case I must. I have had these mats for about 6 months now, the quality is great and the fit is perfect. I have so many people comment on how nice they look, I agree, I love them. About to order some for the back of my SUV.

The mats were delivered promptly. I have a Ford F350 dually full four-door and the fit is right on and mats very easy to install.

I have used the mats now for a few months and they’re dirty as you would expect on a Texas cattle ranch, but the mats are holding up very well and show no wear or tear even when i am driving with my spurs on.

Would recommend you buy.

Ordering process was very good. And the company asked specific questions about the interior of my car in order to format the right mat.

I did get the floor mats they were great! I did have some concerns with the timing of the product and communication with the company but all turned out good.

Be aware. This company goes under different names in different countries. If you get it then it`s poor qualitet and doesn`t fit your cat
