Same as what everyone is stating... SCAM SCAM SCAM. The site looks so legit. but placed a large order over $1000.00 back in October and received nothing with no response. Shipping details are fake just as the entire company... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
They never delivered the order, never responded to my questions about the delivery. Never gave my money back. Don’t get fooled. They are thieves.
I ordered two merman ornaments at 1499 each. Description of item and what was received could not be more different. Check and share the pictures but the ornaments were flat plastic about 2 inches long with the picture of the merman ornament printed on it. Not a 3D ornament. Complete rip off
Same experience as everybody else: Ordered product, received a link to a tracking service which did not work. Products never arrived and inquiries were not replied.
Luckily I paid via PatPal so I got the money reimbursed.
But indeed, do not buy anything from this company!

Products never received and do not reply to repeated emails sent.
They are a bunch of thieves who are happy to scam people out of their hard earned money.
Reported and money reimbursed by my Bank.

Scam! Wasn’t as advertised. No response to emails. Had to dispute the transaction with my card holder.
A bunch of theives. Don't buy anything for these scammers. They take your money, provide false shipping info, and never send a thing.
I also ordered something at 25 October 2022, so far have not heard from this company or received anything.

Dear Wisroom. I haven't heard anything about my order in 1 month. You don't reply on my messages and you don't send the package which can't be traced on the tracking number informed on email. What kind of dishonest company does that? I think you should be a shame of yourself not replying on my messages and not sending my order after withdrawing my money October 19th. I want my $191.12 USD back otherwise I will have to report you to the police who will take action within the next days if I don't receive my items. Consequences should be clear. I expect a fair treatment as a customer just like when you go buy your groceries at the mall and pay for them and take them with you.
SCAM! Ordered ornaments - nothing like advertised. Refusing to refund/return. Although it is within their policy. Absolute rip-off. How can we shut them down?
Stay away from this site. They debit your Credit Card immediately and subsequently (within minutes) send order confirmation. Shortly after comes Tracking Link which is and remains inactive.
Order is cancelled.
