Took Weigh Off Of My Shoulders
Very flexible and friend agents. They deliverables were on brand without me having to guide them. They did their research in my brand and were ready to go with minimal instruction from me. As a solo business owner that was such a breath of fresh air!
Working with Maria was a great…
Working with Maria was a great experience. She was always on time, pleasant, and very professional. She also wanted to make sure we had a clear undersratnding of the tools that were being created and how to use them.
Emilio has been doing a great job
Emilio has been doing a great job. Very happy with him and how responsive he is and the job thats getting done this far
Stayed the course, even though I went off trajectory
Started a project with Wishpond to help market a crazy idea. Was getting some traction, when my life was turned upside down. Even though I could no longer focus on the project, my account manager Mbali continued her best to get things done. Maybe in another world the crazy idea would have had some chance, but fate had another plan.
Wishpond my experience to date -Waterview Travel
Wishpond is an interesting and flexible and apparently expanding offer; a mix of a suite of software which together cover a range of functions you might need for your online business + support to get you figure out which pieces you may need (you pay by 'piece' and also by service) and some basic training for those pieces. This can include things like running ads, follow up marketing and probably various other things I'm not aware of.
In our case Brandon (sales) was quite knowledgeable/helpful, same with Lucas on IT and Anna is a kind of coordinator - they have a system of assigning an implementation support person who works with various other more specialized services and I found this very efficient. Anna has always been helpful and available and had good technical abilities herself and has helped move things along alot
"Thank you
"Thank you, Andres , for all the support on the onboarding process and props to the fulfillment teams and designers; we completed the onboarding process thanks to you to begin our marketing journey."
Stefano is a great account manager
Stefano is a great account manager! He's very organized and has great communication. Overall, my experience with the Wishpond team has been seamless. Everyone is very knowledgeable
Wishpond/brax.io marketing campaign
My experience with Wishpond started with an unsolicited email that I responded to. That led to a presentation for marketing programs that I thought could really help my business. The presentation was very professional and checked all the boxes. I already use an alternate lead-generation service (Thumbtack) but I was led to believe that the work by Wishpond would generate an avalanche of business .....
I am a golf instructor, and consequently have a relatively small business. The type of financial outlet outlay that I committed to when signing an agreement with Wishpond for six months, represents a significant investment and I made that abundantly clear. I was assured that the benefits would far outweigh the costs.
Wishpond and brax employees are located around the globe. I had two account managers, one best based in Spain and the first one in Columbia. My customer success manager was based in Nigeria. Apart from the initial sales representative that did the presentation, no one at brax or at Wishpond has a contact number that you can call them on. In order to speak to your contacts, you need to make an appointment and then have a Zoom meeting. The company is Canadian based, and while the employees are global, this represents a challenge from a contact and timing perspective. When I located their published address on Google street view, it is a dodgy looking building, and Zoom technology allows them to use an upmarket office background template.
My interactions with my contacts were all very pleasant, but my overall sense throughout the engagement was that they had a general lack of urgency or a commitment to a successful outcome. Response times to work needed I possibly should’ve been more demanding and that may have been different. My Customer Success Manager reached out to me for the first time at the end of the fifth month, when I provided notice to terminate the contract.
The plan for marketing campaign was to comprise three separate campaigns. The net result of all three campaigns was that I received seven leads in total in six months, and five of those leads only went to my website as a result of information provided on Thumbtack. I would describe the experience as a complete waste of time and an even bigger waste of money. This is even worse when the substantial associated Google related campaign costs (approx 20% of total cost) are included.
While work was indeed done, in my opinion, they border on being a scam. Wishpond/ brax may be able to help you with your business, but it did nothing for me. The reviews on the Wishpond website are very encouraging, but when one looks at the reviews for brax, it paints a completely different picture. This review for Wishpond will be copied to brax.io, as it seems the two entities are associated - some of the employees have brax email addresses.

Wishpond - desperate and untalented
Once again, Wishpond is harassing people. I've had so many sales emails lately and I have never subscribed to them or interacted with them, ever.
They got hold of my email and won't stop bugging me even though I'm not replying. Clearly business has dried up and they're completely desperate. This is not how you get customers.
The worst company I've ever heard them. Avoid

The experience has been phenomenal
The experience has been phenomenal. I am very happy to have found this company. Initially, it was Marc Bowring who was very welcoming and professional. Then, I got introduced to Mario and Paulina who have both been extremely helpful since I am not very technically minded. Paulina is absolute diamond. She has been super tolerant has made it look so easy. She is also so easy to get in touch with and always replies very promptly
FIRST SALE WITHIN 2 DAYS
I couldn't be happier with my experience so far with Wishpond! Right from the start their team has been great, Jakobi Samuel, Jorge Gonzalez, Shane Christensen, & Mario Quintero. And just after 2 days of starting my campaign, I received 2 leads and just closed one of them for a sale!
Our first experience with the whole…
Our first experience with the whole Wishpond team was amazing. Paulina had so much patience with supporting us and she had always the perfect solution for us. We always got a quick feedback so that the working progress could perfectly continue. Thank you so much to everyone who was in charge of our first campaign. We are so excited.
Constant spam emails
Constant spam emails. They spelt my business name wrong, and claimed they visited my website when I don't have one. They also said they specialise in helping art galleries. Avoid them.

They doing black Marketing
They doing black Marketing. They sending with no target Mails out to get Customers. Even they dont selling something. Neither they look up the Product or Project. They blindly sending out. It is spamming. I believe when they offer Marketing tasks they do the same. This will leead to less customers and even a bad reputation when you do this kind of "marketing". Its really Bad. And annoying.
Edit as a reaction on the Comment: And even now they talking about businees and customers... I dont sell anything. It is a Open Source Project. When you guys react to such a negative comment then get your homework done and know what the project is doing (Because with my name you can surly find in your database the coresbonding contact. Which i never shared to you. It is even illegal here in the EU to do such things. I bet it is from Mailing lists where you can buy from bad Data Brokers. Because i let delete all my traces after DSGVO on the Data Broker Market. But sure only the Data Brokers which are stick to the law delete this Infos. So this thing what are you doing is really thin ice. Maybe the Data protection authorities are interessted in this Kind of doings. I dont know where you get my Mail address. I dont believe you scraping the web for it. So somehow you got it. And it seems im not the only one who get this Kind of Mails. Rethink your complete Marketing Strategy. Go away from Spamming and go to good Cold Calling. And then you get some Leads and maybe you can Qualify it. And at the end make a sale. I wish you all the best, when you go from bad to good. I hope you do it in the near future.

First meeting went well
I have only had one meeting so far, but I am happy with the way that they communicated and assured me that I would be approving all content before they used it. They seemed very efficient, so I hope that things will continue to work well.

It has been a pleasure working with my new team at Wishpond. They have been creative in their approaches as well as being great listeners to my ideas.
Being a bit uneasy with my computer skills they have been more than helpful in taking their time and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Estefano has my complete trust and I look forward to our next stage of the process.
Launch process gone well
Stefano, and the design group, have been able to quickly grasp my business strategy and build a solution around it. Even as we implement, my business has changed, and the team took a phenomenal approach to solving that issue through creativity.
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. They promise to do so many things but the reality is that they don't deliver and likely using AI bots behind the scenes to do the actual work.
My account manger changed every 2 or 3 months. Each time they would take about a month to get up to speed and suggest a new strategy than the last AM. The AM were from various countries around the world and while they all had good conversational English we did have a few hiccups with more technical nuances for our products and also with time zones for meetings.
The last three months of the annual contract I haven't received any services at all. I requested to cancel the monthly billing but then they brought in some customer retention guy that didn't know anything about the account or even what currency the account contract was in. They made up a rule that email and written communication wasn't enough to proceed and we had to have a phone call. This call was difficult to find a time that worked for both of us then when we did have it, he was clueless about the account, the contract dates, processes, or any history. He suggestion was to extend the annual contract... lol
Since I have received zero work output in the last three months they have breached the work agreement. Looking at options on how to deal with this.

Spammer desperate for business
They are sending all the time requests for any chitchats, they promise to exclude my sites but a couple of weeks they come again. They are really desperate and first they send the canned email from gmail account. What they are writing is simply nonsense as we are a foundation and don't sell anything and they want to increase our sales......
