I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their communcation is very poor. They made changes to my email settings that stopped emails and they couldn't figure out the issue, I had to hire a Microsoft expert to resolve the issue. This company would only respond to my inquiries when they feel like, or when it's favorable to them. I had to write about 10 emails to finally get them to terminate my contract with them. I will not recommend them at all, they feel like a scam company and didn't feel safe at all when they had access to my company data.

Extremely difficult to cancel. This company seems to have perfected the art of continuing to bill customers even after cancellation attempts. They claim the service was “AI-optimized and automated” to justify ongoing charges, which feels misleading and predatory. Stay away from this company.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Wishpond and Salescloser AI has been so disastrous that I feel compelled to warn other business owners before they fall into the same trap.
Over the past six months, I invested a significant amount of money and time believing Wishpond could help generate qualified leads and streamline my marketing operations. What I received instead was a complete failure of delivery on every level:
Broken Promises: Their much-touted AI calling system was never properly installed and never functioned at all. Despite repeated assurances, nothing was ever operational.
Integration Failure: They promised to connect their platform with my CRM to improve efficiency — that integration never happened, leaving me with disconnected data and wasted resources.
Abysmal Advertising: Their ad campaigns were shockingly amateur. My luxury villa company was advertised in a way that damaged my brand image, resembling a cheap roadside motel rather than a high-end property experience. My SEO consultant called their campaign performance “abysmal,” and I completely agree.
Zero Accountability: Each time I raised concerns, I was met with excuses, delays, and empty promises of “fixes” that never materialized.
In the end, I was left with a depleted marketing budget, no tangible results, and a tarnished brand image. Wishpond sold me a dream of modern lead generation powered by AI and smart automation — what I actually received was a small-time marketing chop-shop peddling smoke and mirrors.
Although their staff (Felipe and Andres) are very kind and accommodating; if you value your money, time, and professional reputation, stay far away from Wishpond. They are, in my opinion, a textbook example of overpromising and underdelivering, leaving trusting clients like myself to clean up the mess.

Spammers. Simple as. Automated email marketing with no unsubscribe option and zero human touch. The worst kind. Why would I ever want to pay for this to be done to my customers?
Despite asking several times to stop - they didn't. But they did reply when I faked interest.

Wishpond gives you a good foundation which you then have to carefully take care of and learn to apply. It’s quite a job that takes a bit of time. In a company it needs someone who takes care of this important issue.

Nelisa is more than accommodating
Nelisa is more than accommodating, extremely helpful, always available, listens to what I need, has taken the time to learn my business, often spends more time with me than the scheduled 30-min. zoom meeting, and always responds to my emails by acknowledging them with a quick reply (this is great because I know she got my email).

My experience has been terrible — their service didn’t work for me at all, yet they’ve continued trying to take money from my account even after I cancelled. Communication has been poor and I’ve struggled to get any proper support or resolution. I really wish I’d read more reviews before signing up — it would’ve saved me a lot of stress and money.

I had a great experience from the start! We had a kick off call and then I worked directly with Monica. She was excellent with her suggestions and guidance with the marketing strategy and campaigns. I was new to this type of marketing and Monica and the team felt professional and at all times they were understanding my goals. Excessive spam
The brand has reached out to me after viewing my website. They spam my inbox a few times a week from multiple email senders. I'm not currently interested in the services and have blocked the emails due to this repeated messaging.

They are terrible and they will not honour refunds for no delivery done
They are terrible. Paid their subscription for a year. Their managers took 3-4 weeks to come back with even a small text edit. After 6 months, no movement and no leads as the landing pages were not even up. Then they offered me a fully managed service for another 4 months to make up, and it was worse and even slower.

OVerall the experience was frustrating for reasons already shared (lack of communication, and ultimately an overcharage that took months to resolve). The 4 star rating is exclusively for CSM Coordinator Zahrah Abrahams who was the only person out of 7 who I contacted to help me with my over-billing issue. Zarah was responsive, got my issue resolved in a week, and did not ghost me, which is more than I can say for everyone else I reached out to.
