Buyer Beware

Ordered a calendar 13th November. Shipping email received but tracking number came back to an estate agent. The number has been entered on the Royal Mail site awaiting delivery from seller but it has been unchanged at 'Expecting Delivery' for over 2 weeks. I have tried to contact customer services but have not received any reply. I have emailed them again today requesting either delivery or a refund. However, judging by the other reviews. I am not hopeful. Based on this I cannot recommend buying from this company.

Item never dispatched

Ordered a calendar, never arrived. Trader sent Royal Tracking number for Royal Mail Tracked. Royal Mail website states 'The sender has advised they have dispatched the item to Royal Mail' however that was two weeks ago and the Royal Mail website still has the same message. These people are con merchants DO NOT BUY ANYTHING
