Scam (Resolved Mostly)
Paid $9.99 for the service after checking it was legit on google. Got an email with locked links. I clicked the links and they do not connect to anything. I downloaded the app, logged in, and it says I haven’t paid yet. I went to my Apple subscriptions and the site doesn’t show up, so there is no way to cancel. I emailed them and am awaiting their response. Total scam.
Edit to Add: After I emailed they sent my full profile (most of what was advertised). I followed their instructions to get the full info on the app. Didn’t work. I emailed them again. Meanwhile, got a personal response telling me that even though I paid with Apple Pay, I paid on the website, not the app, so it’s in a totally different place to cancel. I followed that link and cancelled. So ultimately, problem solved - sort of. But in this day and age of scammers at every turn, it’s extremely bad business to have to jump through all these hoops and not provide everything you advertised if you’re trying to be a legit business.
