This company is a joke! I returned an item because it didn't match description and the quality was terrible, they sent me a message saying they had a record of me returning it but they still won't refund me and when I tried their "customer service" they just told me the matter was resolved! It's a scam site and the jokes people make about them are justified

Terrible! Product didn’t work as stated, contacted customer services and they didn’t care. Refused to refund me just said sorry it didn’t work for me… it was a bathroom shelf but it wasn’t level so the suction wouldn’t work as it wasn’t a 90 degree angle! Offered to send it back so they could see for themselves but they weren’t interest! DONT BUY FROM WISH!

Daughter returned two dog coats back to Wish, many weeks later they refunded for one coat and denied having the other even though it was in the same package as the one they refunded. CANNOT get to speak to a human and VERY frustrated at Wish stealing my money and having no member of staff to speak to.

Ordered 2 items on Wish from the 20/11/2022 and am still waiting for my items!! I tried to contact customer services and each message I sent was picked up by a different person each time! No one could locate my order! I had to contact PayPal in the end for a refund as I’ve had enough of sending messages and getting nothing but an automated response.

The company is a Joke. Placed an order over a week ago. Received an email 7 days later saying I was being refunded and it may take 10 days🤷🏻‍♂️

If I could give minus stars I definitely would. Received my order today, 5 vest tops ans a pair of leggings. The vest tops are 5XL and I'd be lucky if they'd fit a 12 year old small girl, the leggings are thinner than tights. I know the stuff is cheap but to add insult to injury I paid over £30 in postage for this rubbish... never again, wish app deleted!

Awful customer service. I ordered a dress which arrived but I now want to return it... this is where thd problem starts. I didn't receive a confirmation email and my order hasn't appeared on the app. The item arrived without any paperwork including how to return. I send wish customer services an email from their online customer service option. I then get an email back can I send the order number which I can find on my confirmation email! I reply again that I didn't have an email and it doesn't show on my wish app. The reply was go onto your wish app, click on the item you want to return! Hmmmm I send an email back....it's not showing on my app so I can't click on it! I have been going round in circles for a week now with them asking the same questions! I have sent them photos of the packaging only to get a response.....please send us the order number which you can find on your email! SOOOO FRUSTRATING! 7 days on and I still have no idea how to return the item to get a refund. You can't speak to anyone so I'm going to write this off as a bad experience and I will NEVER use wish again.

I ordered a necklace as a Christmas tree present for my granddaughter. Eventually one turned up but it wasn't the one I ordered. Filled in the Wish contact form, was told I'd get a refund. So I re ordered it and exactly the same thing happened! So I now have two identical necklaces, neither of which I ordered. Apparently I will be getting a refund for that one too, but I wanted the necklace that I ordered in the first place!

I purchased 2 t shirts, and when the confirmation came, I noticed that they had the wrong name and address. I contacted wish immediately, numerous times. They eventually contacted me back, 4 days later, telling me that it was too late to change the shipping address. I complained again, and after a lot of back and forth, I was told that they had solved my problem. They had corrected the name, to the one I was given at birth, but kept the wrong shipping address. How this is solving my problem, I don't know. The original name and address they used were completely alien to me as I explained to them so many times. So basically, I never received any package, and to be honest, I really don't care anymore. I just want to delete all correspondence to and from wish, so I can forget about this shoddy company. Ps. I will be leaving 1 Star reviews on any other forums that I can find, although I don't think it'll make much difference, most of your reviews are 1 star already. Please don't use this awful company, you'll regret it.

I have to say, apart from the wait, I’ve been pleased with my purchases, I still have a pair of trainers I paid £5, 3 years later, I’ve had some great earrings too, but if you think you’re getting silver for £2 then you’re deluded. I wouldn’t spend a lot of money on anything shown, as long as you don’t mind it’s cheap tat, you’ll be ok

Absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with, hence going to my credit card to commence a charge back.

I ordered two pairs of flip flops costing me £40 they did arrive a few days later but were cheaply made and not to uk size the returns policy is a joke I have been told due to covid they don’t except returns but will give me 50% off and I can keep the shoes that do not fit this company should not be allowed to operate , don’t buy from them I wish I hadn’t

You will "wish" you never purchased from these ;) I bought a few things off them 4/5 years ago and they were the fakest items I have seen in my life lol, I would avoid at all costs, just look at the reviews on here

Didn’t read these before ordering a Roots Sweatshirt …. I knew as soon as the parcel was handed over it was fake as it was light as a feather with a very obvious iron on plastic transfer and cheap label inside, wouldn’t Even give this to charity it’s embarrassing and very poor quality keep your money waste of time and poor rip off

Scammers and thieves, avoid.
Ordered 2 electrical items to be delivered to my local shop.
The App said you can’t pick em up till the16th of July. After the 16th I got a notification saying that, I can no longer pick up my items . Go figure.
