I am still considering being part of the program. And I appreciate that you all don't force or push. But are very understanding and patient. Thank you.

Do NOT download! This app uses a textbook "Dark Pattern" to secretly drain your bank account. Here is exactly how their scam works:
The Trap: They make you take a long quiz. Every few questions, you must click a giant "Continue" button. This conditions your muscle memory to click "Continue" just to move forward.
The Bait: You agree to buy the basic $9.99 plan and enter your payment details.
The Scam: Immediately after the $9.99 checkout, they show more screens with the exact same "Continue" button. Because of your psychological inertia from the quiz, you click it, assuming it's just the app setup.
The Theft: SURPRISE! Those post-payment "Continue" buttons secretly authorize completely new subscriptions. They charged me over $70 without a new checkout page or explicit confirmation.
When I contacted support, they played dumb and offered "free months" or a "50% refund." DO NOT ACCEPT IT. I threatened them with a bank Chargeback for unauthorized fraud, and they instantly issued a 100% full refund. Stay away from this predatory app!

I am happy that the response was so prompt whenever I had queries and clarifications on my subscription and content.
Assurance guaranteed for the right content based on the results of the personal answers derived from the onboarding questionnaires.
However they claim there are no refund for services subscribed even by mistake... Which they offer additional materials to cover the payments made

quick response, dealt with my delays and ultimately offered the best options available

I signed up for what I believed was a one-time ADHD assessment and structured management plan after seeing an online ad on Instagram. Months later, I discovered I had been enrolled in recurring subscriptions totaling over $100 per month through two separate monthly charges of $45 and $59.99.
I never knowingly agreed to ongoing charges at these amounts and did not realize I was being billed continuously until reviewing my payment history. The subscription structure and billing terms were blatently hidden and not made sufficiently clear to me during signup.
After searching online, I found many other users describing nearly identical experiences involving unexpected recurring charges and difficulty obtaining refunds or cancellations.
I have now disputed the charges, requested cancellation of all subscriptions, and demanded deletion of my payment information from customer service and they're trying to pretend like I knowingly signed up for this service. total BS!
Please review all terms extremely carefully before entering payment information with this service.

I subscribed wisey, what was sold as a annual subscription. I had subscribed for workbook but unintentionally a click got me to subscribe for their workbook too (a total of £85). These workbooks were just a pdf versions to help fifth graders. Such repetitive stuff that after day 4, I stopped using the app. Then suddenly i got a payment of £45 + £30 taken off my account. Turns out this was all a monthly subscription. When I asked for a refund, I was given bunch of alternate options including a lifetine subscription for the same amount. But since i declined, i was then told a refund cannot be made. Do not take the bait. There's no magic to this, just another business model designed to con the vulnerables. But thats my take on it, so use your own logic

The stuff is so basic it’s insulting. Then auto renew is turned on. I didn’t log on in after day one or two. No check-ins. ZERO VALUE delivered. They credited me 34% off monthly charges or 50% off last transaction”turned out to be MASSIVELY expensive over a few minutes months.
No responsibility taken by them. This business model is to scam you out of your money. In can be nothing else. Recurring charges come in as “KOFLIMIN”. Company HQ is in Republic of Cyprus. BUYER BEWARE.
Dirtbag organization.
Taking this to the AG .

My experience with Wisey Support was terrific. I called their support number (my choice, as I could have sent an email), I left a detailed message including my email address. I was amazed that I received a response from Ruby at Wisey support within seconds (literally, it wasn't 2 minutes) when I received a very helpful email that progressed me towards resolution. I sent one more email with the screenshot I was getting. Again, I received a response within 2 minutes (it may sound like I'm making this up, but I'm not) and Ruby identified my problem and gave me the steps I needed to take to totally resolve my problem. FYI: My former job, prior to retirement, was as Vice President of Support for a $3.7 Billion/year software company - so I know support, and I know really great support and that is exactly what I received today, really great support. It doesn't get better than that. Thank you all very much.
