Just to advise people and give them a heads up. I subscribed for a service from this company with a two weeks free trial. Due to traveling the technician couldn’t make it and install the item. Which was communicated both ways. Last week I saw that the company tried to deduct money for the usage of 210 dirhams approximately. I spoke to customer service and they were nice about it. But I am still shocked that they tried to charge me for nothing. So just be careful

Device of very poor quality. Instead of room temperature water, it dispenses hot water; instead of cold water, it gives almost lukewarm water. The customer service is practically non-existent. It’s been two weeks since I filed my complaint, but I only receive automatic emails. Meanwhile, I keep paying 99 AED per month for a machine that doesn’t work.

They say that changing the filter will be easy.

Is one months or more that they are not able to organize an appointment.

Very unprofessional.
