This is one of the shameless fraud firms that is a virus itself. You can't get rid of it once you try. A class action lawsuit is a must but probably the fraudsters have already escaped.
Scam. I canceled my Pro account a year ago, yet I have just been charged. When I went to account it once again shows that it is Pro and when I try to downgrade it again. It won't do it!
As of four weeks ago our entire Wisestamp paid version started not working - without any changes on our end. Employee after employee reaching out saying it stopped working or was using old signatures. I’ve been back and forth without any support from the Wisestamp. There is not even love chat or an option for some to look at our system outside of 9pm EST. It’s all email with days in between responses and lackluster support that provides no understanding of the issue or help.
I’ve been with this for two years on a paid plan but need to look at replacement options as there appears to be no US support. Very disappointing for a paid service.
This app is an email signature generator. It allows user to generate one email signature for free, and has a paid version also. I tried free version, it's working fine.
Their services does not work as advertised in demo. If you contact customer support, they provide no solution, but rush to charge your card even though you requested a refund. Don't fall for the scum scheme.
This company charged me a subscription for an entire year twice after I cancelled my free trial! They won’t refund my money- over $100 both times. And won’t respond to my messages… they are scammers - do not trust them - stay well away from this company!!!
I've been using WiseStamp for at least two years, and have not really had any problems until recently when I tried to change my billing information.
There is currently no way to change any of your billing information through your account on their website. This is a problem as I want the convenience to switch things up whenever needed. I contacted customer service to ask when the billing information page was going to be working again.
Instead of being helpful they continuously gave very vague answers like, "I want to assure you that we're diligently working on enhancing this feature on our website to better serve your needs." and, "I want to inform you that our dedicated team is actively working on enhancing this particular aspect of the WiseStamp platform." But they refused to give me any idea about when this work would be done.
The only option I was given was that I could cancel my auto-renewal and re-purchase it through their "integrated merchant". All of this made me very uncomfortable, and its all still very unclear-- Who is this integrated merchant? Will this close my account down and cause me to have to set up my signatures again? Where will I be putting in my new payment information? Why aren't you providing a basic service that every other business provides on their website?
The customer service was so unhelpful and repetitive in their answers that I ended up very uncomfortable and frustrated, and am now looking for a new service provider. Would advise you go elsewhere for signature hosting services. Awful experience.
We were happy and then all of a sudden we lost everyone's signatures. Then they came back saying it was restored. When we resent the link to everyone they realised that they had lost the editable part of their signature. We have 40 staff and everyone has wasted 30 mins trying to sort it out and still not sorted. Reall poor
If I could leave a 0 star review I would.
Like all the other reviews here it was made extremely unclear I would be charged a full years usage with recurring payment in one go.
I've complained to them, and as I always make PayPal my preferred payment method for vendors I've not dealt with anymore I've issued a complaint.
DO NOT USE!
I never got to use the product so I can't speak on whether or not it works but I can say I absolutely DO NOT trust this business.
Thankfully I used privacy.com and set up a credit card limit before putting my credit card information in. This business clearly is a Predatory Business. I get it - we all need to make money, but it's so wrong to charge someone's credit card for $70 when it's so obvious that the company is intentionally trying to make the user believe they're about to be charged for $5.80 (a month). I'm sure it would have been an absolutely nightmare trying to get a refund too.
Terrible vendor. They keep billing you after you cancel. You get a confirmation email that you've canceled, but nothing in your account states the plan ends before the next billing. They don't send an email saying they are going to bill you. They do send you an email saying your account is canceled but apparently, they don't have the capacity to track this or just don't honor their word. This vendor can't be trusted with billing matters.
