The whole panel is super easy to use and the server ping is low and the price is affordable too. The customer service was great that they help me fixed my server's problem very soon after I created a ticket. The server's performance is also very great. This is the only Minecraft hosting that i will recommend to my friends.

Firstly, lets talk about the things I dislike. While purchasing a minecraft server from wise hosting, you're not told what hardware you'll be receiving or equivalent to what hardware you'll finally receive, not even the CPU model. I might be wrong about it, but it is not visible to me.
This might be a personal take, but wisehosting mentions their CPU in %, for example 350%. This makes it really confusing for customers who do not know about what they mean. Like how a CPU can use 350% of it's power. Writing it in something like threads or cores will make it better for us customers.
Lastly, they have many blog posts, which are great, but the down side about it is, they have blogs like "The 7 Best Minecraft Server Hostings" and "10 Best Minecraft Server Hosts in 2025" where at start, they actually talk about things that matter, which is: Uptime and Performance, Support Quality and Availability, Ease of Use, Pricing, etc. but after that, they just sort the hosts on trustpilot reviews, and not on the things they talked about or which matters more, which is performance, cpu benchmarks, Uptime, etc.

The panel is very clear, the support responds quickly and was able to help me with my problems, and my friend and I had no problems playing.
