a little Trickier to install than I thought. Seemed loose as if it was going to come apart during the night, but it has held for 2 nights. So far, I am very pleased.

Mystery sender. Mystery product. Clueless.

I received it today in a plain brown carton in a plastic mailer. No company or item identification anywhere. No packing slip. I opened it up. No instructions. No contact information. No way to get assistance. I don't even know for sure if what I got is what I ordered. Very shoddy, stupid, and disrespectful presentation.

Worth the money …

For once what I ordered was exactly as described… very nice and well presented booklet. And very easy to use cause you can lay it flat to be able to follow along with the exercises!
