Answered my enquiry immediately re: removal of scratches. Sent photo of car doors. Replied quickly and booked me in. When van arrived the young guy was very professional, friendly and explained what he could do about the marks on the car. Also booked mini valet. Scratches? What scratches!! Car looks like new now! Worth every penny of a fair price. So delighted! I only knew about this business because my neighbour drove behind the van recently on the Wirral. Neighbour noticed how hard he worked... beavering away in the cold. Did give him a hot cup of tea! Will be booking mini valets for myself and family soon! You'll have no regrets if you book them too!

Late, no communication, no apology, changed the price, rude comments made over the phone when he thought I couldn't hear him, left something on in my car so the battery died, had to pay £180 for a new car battery and ignoring customer emails. If I could give -10 stars I would. Never again would I use this company!

Just had my Fiesta valeted by Jordan from Wirral Car Valeting. Friendly and efficient service, on time, good attention to detail, and my car looks shiny and new again. All traces of sand and dog hair gone! I’ll definitely use this company again - they’re also reasonably priced.

My husband booked both of our cars to be valued, both are gleaming. They are a pleasure to drive and they both definitely drive better without the muck! Inside and out are lovely, brilliant job.

Was booked in for a valet at 1430 took to 1500 when i messaged for them to explain that someone fell ill.

Understand these things happen but at least message or make contact.

My car looked cleaner than when I collected it from the BMW when it was brand new! The standard of care and service was platinum standard and the guy that came to do it was really polite and hard working! Thank you!

Couldn't have asked for better service. Won't be going anywhere else but here from now on :-)
