I've always found their service to be very good. They respond quickly to my emails, and correct mistakes promptly if its brought to their attention. I use their silver filled copper wires for speaker cables. Some of the reviews on here are a bit concerning, I agree, but you can only speak as you find. At the moment I'm very happy.

I placed my first order with this company on a Monday afternoon and my order was delivered on the Wednesday. Excellent service. My parcel was robustly packaged and all items were clearly labelled. I will certainly buy from them again.

This company do not pay their bills, proceed with caution if you do any business with them

My interaction with Wires.co.uk. has been a very positive one. I was worried that buying wire during a bank holiday weekend would slow delivery to a crawl. But I needn't have worried as the wire was here 48 hours later.
The goods were precisely as ordered and I'm very pleased with the service and product. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again as their delivery time is so quick, compared to 3 or 4 weeks from China, and their pricing is virtually identical 😉👍🏻

I buy my wire for sculpting (copper, iron and steel) from wiresco.uk. The orders are dispatched very fast and for my delivery (which is overseas) they arrive faster than expected. Excellent customer service, responding to email enquiries quickly.

Have been buying wire from this company regularly for about 4 years as I am a jewellery maker.
The wire is not always consistant it seems like they are passing one type of wire off as another when they run out. This has cost me in creating jewels that straight after creating were faded in colour and could not be sold. Also you pay extra for 1st class delivery and still it takes longer than nessasary to arrive. When you call to check on your order don't expect any good customer service. Even as a loyal customer I do not feel valued, it's simply a "well if your not satisfied go elsewhere" type of attitude, which they can use because there aren't many wire companies like this in the UK. I would rather not give them my money anymore so I'm looking for another company if anyone can help.
