Review Changed for Refund

Edit: Business had me change my review to finally get a refund.

I purchased a $2100 laptop from them with 2-day shipping. The item was never shipped. I wanted a refund, couldn't start the process until they "shipped" the item to me. Started a charge-back. At that point, they finally shipped me something so they could fight the bank and keep my money. I sent the item back and still wanted a refund. For 2 months they didn't give me a refund claiming weeks after the charge-back process had been cleared that they couldn't give me a refund because of it. I posted a bunch of bad reviews. Then they started the refund after they told me to, and I said I would change my review. Besides that they wont contact you unless you contact them first, even though there stated policy's says otherwise. They have multiple numbers you can call, a chat-bot, and an email. They will completely ignore you on all but the email, so don't use anything other then that. This process started on 2/07/26, last charge-back ended 3/30/26, money finally returned 4/29/26.

I STILL WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Refund is only partial, horrible cs

Remember, their refund is not full refund, everytime you return something, it's only a partial refund, even if the order never opened. And their cs is.... Slow and not friendly at all, the guy replied my email clearly don't understand what I'm talking about. Horrible experience

Fraud?

Because of my legitimate transaction being flagged TWICE, my shipment to family in Venezuela will be delayed a full week. Yes, that's right. No phone with all the chaos that's happening there for another week because of missing a shipment deadline due Wireless Place's nonsense.

Even though I went through two-factor authentication, that's not good enough for Wireless Place.

Do business elsewhere. This place is not reliable.

Beware of Bait-and-Switch Pricing


I placed an order for two tablets, received confirmation, and was promptly charged. Just an hour later, I got an email stating my order was canceled and refunded due to the items being "out of stock." Strangely, when I checked the website immediately after, the same tablets were still listed as in stock—just at a higher price.

I contacted customer support and will give them credit for responding quickly. However, they claimed the supplier had raised the price and that I could repurchase the tablets at the new, higher price.

I explained that once my card was charged and the order confirmed, a contract was formed. A supplier raising their price after the fact is not a valid legal reason to cancel an order.

Unsurprisingly, I never received a response after that.

I strongly caution against purchasing from this site. Their business practices are misleading and unfair.

Bait and switch

I ordered a laptop from this company at a decent price with fast shipping. After placing the order and resolving a fraud alert with my credit card, I expected it to arrive in a couple of days. The next day, they canceled my order and raised the price by over 14%. I had to reorder from another retailer, causing unnecessary delay. This experience felt like bait-and-switch advertising. I wouldn’t recommend them – the deals aren’t worth the hassle.

SCAMMERS. Order at your own risk.

Only order from this site if you're okay with being SCAMMED.

1. Ordered the phone from this website on a Friday because the website CLEARY stated delivery would be by Monday. I left the AirBnB for the airport at 12pm Tuesday, no phone. I asked them if they could reach out to FedEx to make sure it arrived before 12pm and got this:
"Please note that it is not our responsibility to deliver your package before 12:00 on the 2nd business day.

We will not issue you a refund if you do not return the item to us so it is in your best interest to receive the package at whatever time Fedex delivers your package today.

Bruce"

2. I ordered a phone and a charger. I asked a friend to collect the package from the door of the EMPTY AirBnB and when she opened it, the charging port of the phone was DAMAGED, so the phone was clearly not new. I started the return process and returned everything, because I no longer trusted this vendor. The phone was never turned on and the charger never left the package. They gave me a partial refund with no explanation for not refunding the charger. Their website states "You can return this device in its new and unused condition."

Horrible customer service and dishonest vendors.

Sloppy

Sloppy. Sent the wrong product, slow-walked support, processed as a refund instead of an exchange. Wasted two weeks and I still don't have the phone I tried to purchase or my money back.

I placed an order for a pixel phone

I placed an order for a pixel phone. I received a text message that the order was cancelled without any reason given. I went onto the website, the phone is still available, but over 200.00 more. Obviously, they do not honor their prices. Bad business practices!!

Poor Customer Service

Sent me a phone with a defective charger. Contacted their customer service which took them 3 days to reply. But all they will say is they don't open the box so they're not responsible. Thanks for nothing.

Failure across the board

Their two-day shipping takes three days. Their unlocked phones are locked (an insert included with the physical package will kindly inform you of that, but you will see none of it while looking online). They 'sell' products they do not have and to get a partial refund (equal to the difference between models) for a different product they send you requires multiple messages/reminders.

Samsung Galaxy A34 5G / WirelessPlace

Bought a Samsung Galaxy A34 5G from these folks ... the pre/post sales experience was awesome (I agree with the other comments that Bruce is quite responsive and helpful). The phone arrived in perfect condition, is zippy fast, takes great pictures, and I was able to to link it with my old Samsung A7 Lite tablet so that both devices can send/receive calls and texts over the same line. There WAS an issue where WiFi Calling didn't initially work with the new phone. But there was an old Samsung fix (put it into Airplane mode, power down, power up, then take it out of Airplane mode ... voila! WiFi Calling showed up in several menus where it didn't exist before). Very positive experience with both the seller and phone.

They say they are shipping free 2-Day...

They say they are shipping free 2-Day FedEx or UPS within the US, that is completely untrue. I placed my first order which was placed at 11am to ensure it was shipped out the same day as I needed it within 3 days for my Father’s birthday. I even talked to a rep who said it would go out 2 Day FedEx or UPS right after I placed the order. Well, they shipped the order UPS Ground! Why would they outright lie about this? I was contacted by a person names Bruce Gordon, he said they shipped via UPS as FedEx was closed on January 2nd. He said Nothing about why they didn’t ship 2 Day, he completely avoided it. This is a terrible business practice to say the least.

Update 1-2-2023

Bruce not only got back to me but apologized for the oversight on my order and made good on it. More businesses need to handle problems in the manor.

Bought Samsung A52s

I bought a Samsung A52s from them. The communication , the shipping and the price was great. I had no problem with the item as well. They have warranty too!
I recommend buying from them because of their reasonable prices and good customer servicing
