It's a shame 0 stars is not available. Put an order through with express delivery should have arrived the next day. It didn't arrive, of course. I managed to get through to someone over the phone who said they can't see my order but would look into it and get back to me, this hasn't happened. I have tried multiple times today to get in touch with them but nobody is answering the phone. Multiple emails sent with zero response.

I've had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back.

Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time here. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic customer service again, ordered on Thursday 1030am and received Saturday 230 pm well packaged and good attention to detail. Ordered a range of sizes and lengths all spot on.
My go to company you will, not be disappointed.

If I could give zero I would. Because that’s what I got. Zero. Oh, I tell a lie - a polite apologetic email from “Rebecca”, who was going to send out my order again, which obviously never materialised. No replies afterwards. Avoid this.

Absaloute useless, ordered on the 4th of may, processing email received on the 5th of may and now on the 14th of may im still waiting.....probably get something faster off wish... not using these guys again.

Placed an order got email its been shipped, a week later nothing so messaged through there website no reply but the following day they just refunded me no reason and no answer. Customer service sucks and will not be getting my custom again, not the way to run a company. Should of read there reviews first.

The goods never arrived, no response to my emails and do not answer the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

i ordered some wire a month ago and still hasn't come i tried to report it just over a week ago and the website said closed finally seen it open again and sent them an email to let them know but they haven't replied. wire finally came but still no word from them.

I have executed 2 orders, they do not reply to e-mails, I have no news from them about my goods.

I placed an order at Wireandstuff on March 20th, payed and received one e-mail that informed me that my order is been prosseced and a second one that informed me that they have finished the procesing of my order. That is over a month ago, since I live in Athens, Greece my order should be shipped through recorded mail since that is what I payed but they never send me the tracking number and I have not received my order yet. I send them at least 8 e-mails but never get a reply and even try to call them but they do not answer the phonecalls. They took my money but I did not get what I payed for. Update: This Monday(08/06/2020) I finally received my order without any prior notice and still no replay at my emails I sent them. The tracking number on the envelope is not working or false and is useless since it should inform me about the course of my order! I understand that we all encounter dificult times with all this Covid-19 but that is lousy customer service, stressful experience. I do not recommend to buy from them.

Great range of products and website, but utterly hopeless, awful service.

Unanswered emails, numerous phone calls, false tracking details, no apologies or interest from staff, and still no wire or hope of getting any two weeks after ordering.

It would be less effort to buy a mine and make the stuff myself.

Not received order. Cannot call as number is temp unavailable and does not reply to emails. Not happy

Great company, long time since I have needed wire and had forgotten how good the service is.
Ordered ire late Monday evening and received today by normal free post.
